    We stayed three nights. The hotel is located next to a large green area, Stadthallen Gardens with good parking available in the area. We chose the excellent underground parking of the hotel at EUR 12. Also public transportation is very good with Tram No. 4 a few steps from the front door. Very friendly staff at the front desk even offered a card with free transportation within Kassel which was very nice. Our room was a spacious, clean and well equipped business room with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Housekeeping was good and access to the business lounge quite nice. The coffee was very good and also wine, beer and soft drinks were very good, whereas the snacks in the evening were not up to the standards we had expected.The safe in our room did not work and a/c would have been nice. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good with a large selection of both hot and cold items. Service at breakfast too was very good.     Spacious room and very accessible location. Check out time is at 12pm and would give you more time to settle ur stuff. I stayed in many hotels as a solo traveler and mostly check out times are 11am it's refreshing to be able to check out later. The room is neat also and spacious. I like that they folded the blanket cover and the bedsheets were freshly clean. In front of the hotel there's a tram so it's very accessible. Would recommend staying here.     Perfect stay with value for money and a great location! The food quality was excellent quality although a bit limited for a vegan.The location is lovely with some wonderful architecture and plenty of bars, restaurants to chose from. Supermarkets are also near by and tram stops taking you into the city and nearby districts are so nearby it is perfect.H4 also provide you with a public transport ticket and if you don't have your room cleaned you will be given a 5 euro voucher for use in the bar or restaurant.I would certainly stay here again.
