    Beware of room 33!!!

    If you are booking here, my advice is to ask not for it to be room 33!! See photo evidence!! Please note that the images you see on booking.com are not the same for all the rooms. I booked an executive double room with a caldera view at a price of €240 for 1 night. The manager was not present at 4 pm. on June 20th, but was rude and obnoxious on the phone and told me to contact bookng.com as I had made the reservation with them. They, (booking.com) despite video and photo evidence, did not get me a refund as they said the hotel refused!! This hotel has the view but my advice is to request that you do not get that room, especially at the price of €240 a night. Had to book somewhere else at a cost to me and had to forgo the money I had already paid. I am really disappointed with the hotel and booking.com, who are of no value in a situation like this!! Avoid this hotel

    We booked 2 rooms but our flight was cancelled and we begged them to change our stay until next day but the money greed owners refused to do it it’s our fault we should have read the reviews first before we pay for the staying don’t ever pay them in advance i will never recommend this place

    Gorgeous wee hotel, perfectly authentic. Loved our view, and the cool breeze. Breakfast down several flights was delicious. Great location. Reception gave good recommendations thank you for our lovely room on same level as reception. Quiet

    Can't beat the view from Hotel Kavalari! I enjoyed sketching on the landing outside my room-even ordered takeout grilled octopus and Greek salad so i could keep enjoying the view while i ate. Reception sells small wine bottles. Breakfast is a tray of Greek delicacies in generous amounts. The staff were lovely. I would definitely stay there again!
