Location

Situated in the best part of the village, enjoying the most spectacular view, the hotel is within walking distance from the bus stop and from all shops and restaurants in the village. The beach is about 30 m away, and Santorini Airport is approximately 15 km from the establishment.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 12 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, fishing and horse riding are available. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving, with motorboat rides, sailing and catamaraning available for a fee. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, massage treatments and a solarium.

Meals

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A continental breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes (dinner à la carte). The resort also offers snacks. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    An absolutely wonderful place….. excellent, attentive, and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Four of us stayed in the two bedroom Cave Suite, very comfortable, with a spectacular view of the Santorini harbor, lounging on the patio by the infinity pool watching the ships sail past 400 feet below. Very convenient to the main pedestrian street of Oia, with shopping, restaurants, and myriad scenic views around every corner. Highly recommend, can’t wait to return.

    Kima Oia Suites was absolutely amazing. The cleanest place I have stayed, Adriana made our room so special. Xeno was exceptional and made arrangements for our transfers, dining experiences and excursions seamless. Aris, our porter, delivered amazing breakfasts to the balcony every morning. Helped with anything we needed! I cannot say enough about this place and these three people who make Kima Oia Suites so special. Thank you for making our Santorini trip wonderful.

    Kima Suites was such an incredible experience!! Everyone that worked there, Xeno, Aris, and Adriana, took so much care of us! The rooms and accommodations were so nice and clean and we could not recommend this hotel more!! One of the best parts is the complementary breakfast they bring to your room. The food is delicious and they put a table cloth on the table on your balcony every morning, if asked! Location is also perfect, super close to the taxi pick up and drop off and it is in a quieter and less crowded area of Oia!

    We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The view was simply breathtaking, and the room was incredibly clean and beautifully designed. But what truly made our stay extraordinary was the exceptional attention and kindness of the staff (Adriana,Aris and Xeho) They were always there for us, ready to help with anything we needed to ensure we had the best possible experience.We are genuinely happy and deeply grateful for such an unforgettable stay. We highly recommend this hotel — we will definitely come back to enjoy the stunning views, the beautiful property, and the excellent service once again.And we must say, the breakfast was one of the very best we had during our entire Europe trip.

    I visited here with my sister. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, the views are sensational and the location is perfect for the local area and also visiting other places on the island.
