    We suffered both financial and emotional distress. My expensive Tiffany & Co. diamond earrings were missing.

    We stayed at this hotel from May 8 to 11, 2025. On May 10, a very upsetting incident happened. While we were out for lunch, housekeeping entered the room. When we came back, I discovered that my expensive Tiffany & Co. diamond earrings were missing from the nightstand.At first, we thought they had been stolen and considered calling the police. Later we found them damaged near the door — apparently knocked off and swept during careless cleaning. A staff member assured us the hotel would cover the repair costs upon receiving the receipt.We trusted their word, didn’t involve the police, and submitted an official repair invoice from Tiffany. After that, the hotel simply ignored us and never compensated the damage.We suffered both financial and emotional distress.If you value honesty and safety, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. They make promises they don’t keep, and your belongings are not secure.

    Disgusting dirty, not cleaned properly mattress rust mark on the floor no kettle provided in rooms no mattress protectors sheets doesn’t fit the bed lumpy pillowcases to a few things wouldn’t recommend staying here whatsoever. Save your money and go somewhere much nicer. Totally different from the pictures only thing that’s nice is the view I asked if the room had been cleaned manger said yes I looked under the sofa and as you can see from pictures

    Stayed the first week in October - a good time temperature wise and a bit quieter on Santarini. Special occasion so booked the caldera view suite with pool option. Arrived off a late flight and the staff member on duty was great, as were all of the staff throughout our stay.     Terrible CAT PEE smell in Room. Cold Pools

    Save yourself the trauma of booking this place! Booked the senior suite with private pool. Upon walking into the room it smelled of CAT PEE! The shower was dirty and the grounds were not clean. I knew I could not spend any time there. The pools were cold. We were told they do not provide any water and that we would have to bring our own water in. This hotel is very remote without any store to buy water. There are no restaurants and the restaurant on the property looked very un appetizing. To get anywhere you have to get a taxi which costs at least $35 one way. The house cleaning staff was very rude. I panicked but was able to book another hotel in Fhra for the four nights we had booked there. We booked this with a travel company and the hotel so far has refused to refund any money. Horrible experience!

    Amazing and beautiful place to stay at Santorini, very quiet unlike in the main towns. Facilities are well maintained, cleaning service is done with great care. The personal is very friendly and professional. Lots of thanks to David from the restaurant and Angelo from the reception, for their kind assistance.
