NOT A HOTEL - just a basic guest house

this hotel has just the basic rooms with minimal furniture and amenities . The staff is available only for limited hours . Bed and mattresses are hard and uncomfortable .very basic breakfast with limited items and limited supply . If some item is finished , it is not replenished . Very rude staff in restaurant area

The hotel has recently been refurbished and it was very clean, modern and chic.The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff who were all happy to help.The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The perfect location which is less than 2 minutes away from the famous black beach, right next to the bus stop. Overall a great and very pleasant stay

Brilliant little hotel

Moved here from a poor hotel and was very pleased. The man on reception helped find us a room and we were always greeted with a smile. Room spotless , aircon, fridge , powerful shower, balcony and plenty of sockets. Quiet hotel with a lovely pool! Would definitely book again.

Nice ,quiet hotel, very clean, nice rooms, good air-conditioning, very good breakfast and truly amazing people. Parking behind the hotel we could keep our rented quad bike there. Close to restaurants, only 5min walk from the sea Highly recommend this hotel. Ignore all bad reviews. This hotel has everything you need. Wojciech & Elena

Bad customer service and dingy rooms

Not the best customer service. Rooms are dingy and small. Linen wasn’t fresh. Hosts a pool, but they charge for hotel towels to be taken to it. Hosts a standard breakfast, but staff is not very fluent in English and is not polite. Half an hour ride from Oia, but had bus device every half hour. Only stay if you are looking for a cheap stay to save money.
