    Fantastic first visit to Santorini

    We booked hotel through a third party but they were quick to respond to any queries. Our flight was due to arrive at 11:25om so we advised ahead of time that we would arrive between 12 and 1am. We booked our taxi separately as it was half the price being offered by hotel. Unfortunately when we arrived the driver had difficulty locating the hotel and when he finally did everything was locked up and we were worried that we would be sleeping on loungers around the pool.. we called a contact number on the third party site that rang out then noticed number on reception door so txt that, got reply immediately saying someone would come along.. Andreas arrived who took us to our room showed us all the amenities and took our breakfast order for morning. Maybe some more info on how to find hotel would have been useful and how to contact them. This didn’t put us off though. The room was quirky, very clean with coffee machine fridge hairdryer etc.. breakfast prepared by Andreas was fantastic and set you up for the day.. I liked staying in this part of Santorini.. easy walk into Fira if you want more lively. I would recommend the hotel to first timers as it was exactly how you imagine Santorini to be but now I have seen it I would possibly stay at other side to save money and travel to bar/restaurant if I wanted sunset view.. thanks to Andreas and Becky and all other staff for being so friendly and helpful

    Santorini was one of the most beautiful places that I had ever seen. We had a fantastic stay at the Mill Houses Elegant Suites in Firostefani, Santorini. The view of the Caldera was incredible. Our two rooms were cleaned daily by Becky who was very friendly and hospitable. Our bags were handled by Antreas who also delivered our delicious breakfasts each morning (you pick the delivery time the night before). You had the choice of a Greek or American breakfast. We met both Costas and Iro at the main desk and they were very helpful for information regarding the island and arranging any needs we had. Language was not a barrier in Greece, and everyone was warm and friendly. A week after we returned to the US, my wife and I are still dreaming of the wonderful time we had there. I highly recommend Costco Travel and Mill House Elegant Suites.

    We had an incredible time in Greece; and especially loved Mill Houses. The location was beautiful. The rooms were clean and so unique. The staff were all so warm and incredibly helpful--especially Andreas and Becky! We couldn't have asked for anything better!!!

    We had an amazing stay at the Mill Houses Elegent Suites in Firostefani, Santorini. We stayed for 1 week in the Honeymoon Suite, room 108, which had a hottub on the terrace/balcony with an amazing view of the Caldera and sunset.The room was perfect for our needs with the only minor issue being lack of storage for our luggage and not many hangers but we just stored our suitcases on the sofa, no big issue. The room was cleaned daily and was perfect for us.Breakfast was served to our room every morning which we would eat at the breakfast table on the terrace/balcony overlooking the Caldera which is a great way to start the day.Kelly and all of the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our trip. On arrival and departure our bags were carried for us up and down the many steps to our pickup point and Da Vinci restaurant. Kelly was on hand to assist us with any issues or queries throughout our trip and even provided us with her number to contact her on whatsapp at any moment to assist. She provided us with some great recommendations which was much appreciated.Firostefani is a great location on the Island and has some nice bars and restaurants if you don't want to venture too far but is also walking distance to Imerovigli and Fira. Kelly helped us book a ATV for 2 day so that we could explore the rest of the island.I highly recommend staying here, you'll thoroughly enjoy it.
