    Best location in all Santorini! Lovely friendly and helpful staff, so kind and welcoming.The suites are the best of anywhere I’ve travelled in the world! Super clean, and everything you need. Having breakfast with that view is heaven on earth! Can’t recommend highly enough 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

    Ok if you’re booking a trip to Santorini - THIS IS WHERE YOU STAY! First off the manager greets you once you arrive by car and is sooo helpful and stylish! The rooms are great and located right off the main fira street and we woke up every morning to breakfast delivered. It’s such a cute hotel and just the perfect room to celebrate my 35th birthday. They even helped book us cars and have laundry done. I can’t even imagine anyone saying bad things about this hotel it was well worth the price. It was also SO quiet all the time and insanely clean (literally we left for a quick coffee and bed was already made when we were back). We are definitely coming back to Nefeles!!! It was a dream trip and stay.

    Absolutely amazing stay! The view was breathtaking, the room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.     WORST HOTEL EVER - DO NOT STAY

    Stayed 2 of 3 nights which had reservation for. The property manager was extremely nice, very honest and communicative. Although I have to write so others who are accustomed to certain standards are not scammed as well. Let's start with star rating, NOT a 5 star property barely can touch 2 stars. Extremely run down and old. Walls have cracks all through them. Hole in the wall led spiders to come in home at night and we couldn't sleep because we were afraid of getting bit by them and I mean big spiders. Wife was frightened all night. Hot water takes 15 minutes to heat up and when does pressure so soft will take long to have full shower. I stayed in off season and advertised the plunge pool would be heated was not heated not even for a second of our stay, NOT one second. My wife was traumatized by entire experience and I will be demanding full refund for this horrific experience through card protection team. We left immediately after second night as soon as we could get a flight out and did not stay the third night we asked politely if we can be refunded for the last night and were immediately told no and could possibly use for future credit, what a scam. Was also advertised that breakfast is delivered to room and many people said that as well and we were told no we can't have that and must come down six stories walk daily. I caution you do not stay here will definitely regret it. When we declined your request for a refund for the final night—as the reservation was confirmed and the room held for you—you chose to lash out with this review.The Pool & Hot Water: Despite your last-minute, same-day booking, we managed to heat your private 10-cubic-meter pool to 30°C within hours. Furthermore, our water system delivers hot water (between 42°C and 50°C) in approximately one minute. Your claim of a "15-minute wait" is factually impossible.Property Condition: We take immense pride in our maintenance, which is reflected in our consistently high ratings from other guests. In fact, your suite was professionally repainted just one week prior to your arrival. Your descriptions of "cracks" and "infestations" are entirely fabricated and serve only as a pretext for your financial demands.Expectations vs. Reality: Visiting a seasonal destination in the heart of winter naturally involves a different pace and weather conditions. Disappointment with the island's atmosphere or the standard walk to our breakfast area does not constitute a "scam."We are proud of the high reputation we have built through honest service and hard work. We do not tolerate defamatory statements or attempts to manipulate refund policies through social media threats.
