  Host George and wife Maria are very friendly and kind and serve the best breakfast on Santorini.Rooms are outdated and dirty and smaller than shown on the website. Mattress is on a raised concrete platform. Bathroom also outdated en dirty, taps are full of limescale and the shower head is completely rusted, the sealant seams of the shower wall are black with dirt. There is no poolbar and there are no tables around the swimmingpool as shown on the website. Pictures don't tell the truth!

  Lovely stay at the boutique hotel. Hospitality was great.

  By the check-in we had a very nice and warm welcome from the one of the hostess. She explained everything and made us feel welcome from the start. The other hostess was also so kind and friendly. Both women where very nice and the hospitality was wonderful and really helpful. We didn’t really plan something on our trip in Santorini. We asked them for some advice on trips or activities. They helped us with choosing some activities and then helped us arrange a very nice boottrip with a catamaran. They also helped us choose with what places to visit and which are a bit overrated. Both the hostesses made our stay so pleasant. So very big thank you to you both!The stay itself was also very nice. We had a very clean and nice room with great pool view. There was a little problem with the electricity, the lights where flicking. The hostesses solved it almost instantly. The beds where fine and clean. We had a lot of towels. There where 2 big ones for showering, bath mat, 2 small towels and 2 big towels for the pool. There where some small things like the extra shower fel off sometimes, the fridge stood a bit loose but those kind of things don’t really matter for the stay. You could still use them and they work fine. Just a little more adventurous ;) The breakfast it self was so cute and nice. Every morning they asked what kind of eggs we wanted and if we wanted some kind of meat/bacon/sausages with it. They bring you the Greek coffee, orange jus, water, toast and different kinds of toppings, cornflakes, and a bowl of fruits. Everything you can wish for in the morning. The last day we left earlier than the serving time for breakfast. They offered us a breakfast earlier so we could have some food before leaving. They offered us a little present when we left. So overall it was a great stay, thanks to the sweetest hostesses and the lovely lady who helped with everything, such as preparing the breakfast and cleaning the rooms. The price and quality is very good! If we visit Santorini again in the future we will definitely be here again!

  Worst treatment i ever received!!

  I literally just got yelled at and shouted at by the staff infront of my 6yr old son for knocking on the door because there was no one to ask for bedcovers. Me and my son were freezing had no idea the only bedding was a bedsheet.. so frustrated i said this is and he threatened if i wasnt woman he was going to punish me. Called me a liar,for a changed flight, refused to see my ticket for proof!!thief for a misunderstanding taxi that dropped me and the atm didnt work so he left me his card to pay back later, he said he did me a favour by letting me stay here yet i paid !!i swear to God i will never step feet in this hotel...sometimes i cant tell if its racism or just some people are rude! Just imagine am sleeping in a hotel with someone that just threatened me .. how safe can i feel!???

  So bad experience!

  We had booked 2 double rooms in this hotel for three nights. Unfortunately we missed the plane and never arrived. I request a free cancellation at the property (the booking was non-refundable) and they told that the rooms were non-refundable and they could not do anything. You will think that it is right. But instead I think it is a question of correctness towards us and I explain all the reasons:1. We booked the first night at another hotel and we notified only 3 hours before arrival that we would not arrive and the hotel refund us everything after 10 minutes from the request and at that time the hotel could not replace the rooms. Obviously these rooms were non-refundable too. 2. PRIVEE SANTORINI was warned a day earlier and could have the possibility to replace the rooms, and infact the day after the hotel was full on booking app. Obviously they canceled our reservation because we noticed immediately that we would never arrive.3. Even the airport car parking Refund us (and it was only 8 euros)What was more dramatic was that, even if they did not want to repay, I request a negotiation, 50% refund or the transfer of the booking to other dates. THEY NEVER ANSWERED ME.Therefore I do not recommend it to anyone ( the staff certainly has no faults). He deserves not to receive any reservations for this extreme misconduct. So I sincerely hope you all understand me and follow my advice.

  A little Gem

  Arrived on a late flight to be personally welcomed by Eleni and Angelou. Things didn't go according to plan but straight away they arranged for us to hop into a taxi and telephoned forward to make sure we were 'meeted and greeted' by lovely Stamatis. After a very restful sleep in our spacious boutique room, we sat down to a an array of breakfast delights. Local honey, fab Greek yogurt, fruits and continental extras. As much tea/coffee as you wanted and the attention to detail and service was excellent. This small hotel ticked all the boxes we wanted for a last minute holiday on such a beautiful island. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Eleni and her team work so hard and put themselves out to make sure we had everything we needed and arranged the amazing sunset cruise for us, their local knowledge was really useful eg local bus timetables, places to visit and restaurants etc. Maybe there are additional facilities the hotel could benefit from ie pool bar. It is a bit of a hike to the beach but we soon got used to it. Our last minute holiday couldn't have gone better and only made the more special by the best hospitality we've had from a hotel team in a long time. Thank you guys.
