  Death Piss and mold! DO NOT STAY HERE!

  Worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed at! Keep in mind I grew up in the hotel business. I have over 10 years of my life living in a hotel. Across the world! This? Was the worse experience! Start with a death. A stabbing outside the hotel. At 0200 the cops where their till 4. At 5 the ambulance finally left. There was PISS on the comforter!! No concern or care! The mattress was STAINED! There was part of a necklace on the bed. There were hairs all over the bed. The towels were paper thin and tattered. I wouldn’t dry off a car with them! There is mold in the rooms. Non smoking rooms REAK with the smell of smoke and curry! No parking! No services! So many things WRONG with this property! I almost forgot! The TV didn’t work. Ok. No bid deal, im on vacation. But no hot water? At 0730? WTF! So death, no shower, piss on the comforter and a stench!!! A diamond membership with choice and will do everything I can to get this property to loose this badging! This is worse than the worst flee bag econo lodge in the states! When you go from the Hyatt Regency in Klön to this? Trying to save money and use points? Worst value in my life! Please DO not reply with some BS! Response. Sorry about your experience. Thank you for sharing! See if you share. And the property doesn’t care? You only share on social media and TRY your best to prevent this experience from any decent human!!! Way to go Comfort Hotel Frankfurt! You truly suck!

  This place is uuummm... shifty... The only good thing about this place is that it's 1 block from Frankfurt Main Station. If you like doner food there are plenty on all blocks. It's like finding a Starbucks in Seattle, it's on every block. Now onto the bad parts of this place. The location is also a negative. When you step out of the train station it will give you the vibes of gotham city. The hotel is old and there is no AC so if you are going to stay in the summer I highly suggest this is not the hotel for the summer. Noise is terrible. You can hear people talking from their rooms and even worse when they're in the hallway. The shower does not drain well so every time you shower you will be having a foot bath. If you're on a budget then this might be for you.

  Terrible Experience – Bags Stolen, Horrible Conditions

  I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The conditions were absolutely unacceptable – the room was dirty, poorly maintained, and far from what was promised. The facilities were in terrible shape, and there was a distinct lack of basic cleanliness.But the worst part of our stay was that our bags were stolen from the hotel premises. This is completely inexcusable. We expected our belongings to be safe, but clearly, there was no security or care for guest safety. When we reported the theft to the hotel staff, they were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no sense of urgency or responsibility.I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay far away. Not only is it uncomfortable, but it’s unsafe. This experience was a nightmare, and I hope no other guests have to go through what we did.You can adjust this to add specific details if needed, but this provides a clear, strong message of dissatisfaction.

  Sh*t hole - cheap for a reason!!

  It’s cheap for a reason!.Don’t even bother considering wasting your cash - sleep on the streets instead.Reception staff could not care a hoot about anything. No breakfast room available so you get sent down the street to a “partner hotel”, for a terrible breakfast.Rooms - filthy.Shower - broken.Windows - don’t close properlyBed - moves as it’s not held down correctly.Sh*t hole is what we’d call it in the UK - take it straight off your possible list for ever.

  Fine hotel for a short stay

  We chose this hotel due its proximity to the main train station. However the neighbourhood is somewhat sketchy although we were reassured that it was safe. It is an older property. Apparently the main entrance was changed from the corner to a much smaller space which is too bad. It is now cramped with very limited capacity. Our room was a standard sized Comfort Inn room. The bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows. The WiFi was dependable and fast. The bathroom was clean and modern although lighting could be improved. The shower pressure was great but the shower itself was very small. There were coffee making implements, a fridge and a safe. There were lots of plugs. The reception area needs to be improved. The reception though was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available for an extra charge.
