Location

The hotel is located 100 m above sea level, between the villages of Oia and Imerovigli. Fira is approximately 5 km from the hotel, which is a short drive from Santorini (Thira) Airport and only 30 minutes’ drive from the port of Santorini.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 26 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a conference room are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests of the hotel are welcome to relax in the garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Services include a hotel shuttle bus.

    We had a phenomenal anniversary trip at the San Antonio. We were upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite and truly enjoyed our private outdoor spa. The breakfast was great each morning and the view is something we will remember forever.

    This hotel was quite impressive from the start. The staff was very welcoming, offering refreshing drinks and towels upon arrival. We received an upgraded room since we went during the off-season, and the views from the room were amazing! Words cannot properly describe watching the sunset from your balcony at this hotel with a bottle of complementary local wine. Breakfast is also included and made to order. So glad we stayed here!

    Calling the San Antonio ....a Luxury Hotel as they advertise is honestly a understatement. This property/ location is really something very special. It defines a luxury holiday. Literally everything about it is perfect!! The pool , the views ( no words), the rooms , the restaurant, the breakfast setting, the location, and the staff are all 100 out of 100. It is really hard to put into words the beauty of this property. All in reception were amazing and Kianna suggested a catamaran sunset cruise with Renieris Santorini Sailing Center. It was literally one of the best experiences of our life !! She also recommended a hike close by in Imerovigli that took us to a breathtaking church hanging off a jaw dropping cliff. The driver/ taxi service they offer is wonderful and it makes getting around Santorini seamless. Our driver for many of the trips was George , and he was very friendly, informative and prompt. My only dream is to come back !!

    The hotel is amazing with wonderful views from both the rooms and the pool.The staff are attentive and there to please.The location is halfway between Oia and Fira with a walkway to both passing behind or get a taxi like I did!A hidden gem of a hotel.

    So, I want to start by saying that the initial problem wasn't the hotels fault, but the follow up and inflexible customer service cost us $2,000.We were stoked to stay here. What a beautiful setting. We booked 4 nights through my credit card (Capital One - USERS BEWARE! It's adults only and C1 doesn't advertise that properly!!!). As you can see, it is an adults only hotel but Capital One's travel portal doesn't advertise that. We were stunned to find that out when we tried to check in after a long trip from the US with my 1 year old daughter. We had to find somewhere else to stay.I have no problem with the hotel enforcing their policy. What absolutely sucked was they claimed they were "unable" to issue any kind of refund because we booked a "non refundable rate." I showed them photos of the advertisement that I had when I booked and had hoped they would recognize the innocent mistake and refund my money. They refused - on multiple occasions. So we were out $2,000 (Credit card company wouldn't reimburse either - which is another issue). I guess this is within their prerogative, but it was shocking and beyond disappointing. We have to make up that money in our budget now somehow. We were initially planning on returning without kids, but when we found out they refused to help us out, it left such a bad taste in our mouth that we couldn't possibly stomach coming back. It was an absolutely awful way to kick off our vacation and left a cloud over our heads.On a side note, we did end up staying at the Aqua Luxury Suites in Imerovigli and were EXTREMELY pleased. If you're on the fence, I'd recommend that place 100%. They even went out of their way to give us a room upgrade. A total opposite customer service experience!!
