Location

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Fira (around 1 km from the centre), the capital of the Greek island of Santorini in the Aegean. Various shopping and entertainment venues are a few minutes away from the hotel. The island's airport is roughly 7 km from the hotel and Athinios harbour is about 12 kilometres away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 106 rooms, including 25 single rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday.     Couldn’t have asked for more. Loved my experience there. The staff was amazing and very friendly. I spent the evenings winding down at the pool bar and the staff there were so kind and friendly and genuinely caring. I brought my mother on her bucket list trip and they insisted of making her stay as pleasant as possible. The location is amazing, kind of right in the middle but not too crowded or touristy. I’d love to come back to this place!

    I had the absolute best time staying at Santorini Palace. I visited at the beginning of April. This hotel offers a taxi to and from the airport and hotel at around 30 euros or so. I think it's a great option because there is less hassle to find a taxi once departing from the airport. Upon arriving, I was amazed at how beautiful the hotel was, and the views of Fira. At check in, the staff even allowed us to eat the breakfast even though we didn't get our room yet. The breakfast buffet options were great. Once we got our room, which they upgraded us to a beautiful suite, I was amazed at how nice the room was. The patio in the room showed the most beautiful views of the city. You could even see some blue domed churches in the background. Upon checking out, we had an early flight, so we were given breakfast to go! It included a sandwich, juice, fruit, some biscuits, and honey. I wish I could've stayed in this hotel longer, especially in the busy season, to enjoy the pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini. The staff here are great, the price was good, the hotel is well maintained, and in a great location. PS: this hotel is steps away from a viewpoint for the 3 Bells of Fira!

    I am currently staying at The Santorini Palace. When I arrived I knew I had made the right choice of hotel and found my "happy place". Wonderful greeting from the "front of house" team. The hotel is spotlessly clean perfect house keeping. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is amazing plenty of choices and something to please everyone. Best "kataifi pastries ever! The pool bar is fabulous and a huge thank you to Lazarus Sophia and Rita for the chats and keeping the rose wine supply going. Too many staff members to mention but you all know how wonderful you are. I will be back. One negative noisy "nocturnal" neighbours but this is not the hotel managements fault.

    At the Santorini Palace you will be treated to beautiful surroundings with well-appointed rooms and immaculate public areas. The hospitality and attentiveness of the staff is second to none. All of the food and the drinks that we had were very good. This hotel is within walking distance of fun shops and breath-taking views. We had an excellent experience!

    Spent 4 nights here in October and loved it! Reception staff were great- very chatty and helpful. Room was immaculately clean. Shower is the best I've ever had in a hotel!Hotel was well located with a walk through the car park providing a short cut into Fira town. I do think the hotel is missing a trick by not providing any evening entertainment (or even just playing music in the bar) as it did feel like the holiday atmosphere was lacking a bit but this may just have been due to it being end of season.Breakfast was a bit of a let down for me, arrived at 9.00 and hot food was lukewarm, juices weren't great quality and the choice of fresh fruit was poor (no melon, pineapple was out of a tin, fruit salad was just cut up red apple and green apple in apple juice). The pastry selection was good though.
