    A very comfortable hotel in a great location.The reception staff - Jessie and Chiara - were so welcoming and friendly.However, on checkout we were asked if we’d like to leave a tip for the hotel staff.I travel extensively - and never have I ever been asked this (not even in the US).

    A refuge of peace and order from the chaotic environment of the Mestre station area. Comfortable room, well soundproofed, good bed, plenty of charging points. Room and bathroom decor showing their age, but well maintained. Helpful and efficient staff. Very good hotel restaurant. Recommended

    Why stay at Anda or the Plaza when you can an have 5 star service and amazing people. The food is great and service awesome. I love the shower and the room.

    This hotel was a very good option to stay in Mestre (Venice area), their front desk staff is one of the best trained we found in 4 cities in Italy! They truly show that they care about their guests and try to make you feel welcome and cared for. All of the receptionists are multilingual, kind, courteous and genuinely efficient. The rooms are very good; the beds are very comfortable and the room quiet as well. They have their own restaurant and offer a variety of options for dining and for drinking. If you prefer to eat out, you can find several possibilities just in that same block. The train station Venezia-Mestre is right across from the hotel, and you can arrive in central Venice (the island) in only 12 to 15 minutes, the tickets are only about 1.50 Euro! I recommend this hotel very highly! :)

    Very clean and comfortable hotel. Bathrooms were beautiful as was the room. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Special shoutout to Jessica. She was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and so helpful. Definitely makes the hotel shine a little brighter
