  I’d never recommend this place. The location is remote, with no restaurant, lobby, snacks, or water—not even basic help. One person handles everything poorly. I arrived with kids before check-in to drop luggage, expecting service, but got none. The worst experience ever. When I requested cancellation due to these issues, staff rudely refused and threatened to call the police. While finding another place, we had to wait on the floor with our children. Avoid at all costs!

  The service was 10/10 , locations is private and luxurious, perfectly romantic for a couple . I booked this with my friend for our birthday and anytime we left we came back to an organised bedroom and breakfast of our choice every morning . They were always available to render help to us however the location is very far from town and taxi fare can cost around 40 euros so be prepared to spend much on transportation.

  Spent ages thinking about booking this trip. Honestly, just do it! The location is quiet and peaceful so ideal for those looking to get away from busy lifestyle.MY experience of the staff was great. All helpful, especially the AM and PM reception team - welcome to support with enquiries on the island and for any questions on your stay in general.The in-house taxi service is impeccable and certainly worth taking up on.The location of the hotel allows for quick car commutes to areas should you wish to move around the island.Honestly, if you want sunshine, reset and relax, the location is all you need. Lots of sun hours, amazing pool which is ideal cold.I don't usually desire to rebook a location, but if I were to, it would be here. Great asset to the island.Enjoy when you go :)Σας ευχαριστώ

  Beautiful comfortable, quiet hotel with great service

  We stayed at Siete Mares and have been over the moon and very glad that we chose this hotel. We made the reservation some months before and were impressed initially with the prompt contact and responses from the hotel offering assistance. Even before arriving they went out of their way to accommodate our requests and offered help. On arrival which was after their usual reception opening times, we were welcomed by friendly and inviting staff, the process was easy and hassle free, the setting of the hotel is beautiful, it’s well presented, clean, picturesque and quiet. It’s well positioned with the town of Imerovigli minutes away, a supermarket 2-3mins drive away and Thira just 15 mins away. Oia too, is only a 20 min drive away.The hotel helped us with transport to and from areas and restaurants at all times of the day and offered some great recommendations of things to do and places to visit / eat. All the staff were helpful, friendly and polite with reception contactable and very responsive on WhatsApp too. The suite was immaculate, well equipped comfortable and spacious, the bed was large and comfortable and there is ample storage in the room. The plunge pool was extremely enjoyable and refreshing, with beautiful views, the outdoor terrace area is private and has all you need with loungers, table & chairs etc.The breakfast system works well too, by filling in an order sheet the day prior you can choose a time to have your food delivered in the morning, there’s a good selection however, we also made some additional requests all of which were catered for without a problem. The one area I would say was disappointing, was the absence of food options apart from breakfast, you’d need to leave the hotel to obtain food which if you’re relaxing on your terrace is a bit of a nuisance especially if you don’t have your own car / transport. All in all we had an extremely enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing stay here and we’d highly recommend it to others.

  One of the best places I've visited in my life.If you want to spend more days in Santorini and want to rest away from the noise, have privacy, this is one of the few places.Excellent room and a relatively large pool, considering that it is private for 2 people. Thank to the all staff, especially the always smiling and very hard working driver.I work intourism in the another country, and I am very satisfied with this accommodation.Just keep it up! 😉
