  The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is in the center of Fira. You can walk anywhere and also close to the bus station. There is a very nice tavern next to the hotel. Mr. George, the manager was very friendly and helpful to book taxis and restaurants. The family room was very clean and spacious for our needs. There is a mini area outside of the room to chill and sit at night. The area can be loud due to having lots of bars around but he gives ear plugs to deal with it. Overall, clean, great location, staff is very helpful and you feel like you can walk anywhere in the city safely. I would recommend it if you don’t want to break the bank but want a decent stay experience.

Even better is you’re literally in the middle of the most popular Village of Fira only steps away from breathtaking views as well as the shops and restaurants. To top it off, the value is brilliant!   I really liked the amazing staff. the room is very clean I want to go back again but the music is loud for the people who want to sleep but its ok. emanuel is amazing I like this guy he helps us whatever we ask we give him 10 and.is a beautiful hotel very good location It is a 5-minute walk from the center where you can take the bus to explore different villages of Oia. and I'm definitely coming back this hotel!!!!

  Extremely poor customer service. I was suppose to have my honeymoon in 2019 but I unfortunately due to Covid we were not able to attend. Their lack of response for a refund has been extremely troubling and unfair when I have a voucher saying they would. Would not recommend.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A HOTEL

  As soon as we arrived they told us that they don't accept our online payment (made through booking and already debited from our account) and said that they were going to cancel it and we have to make it again with a debit or credit card. Then the refund of the money is not automatically but you have to wait 2 days. As of this writing, 3 days have passed and we still don't have the money available. - Our first impression was bad, they made us wait in the central courtyard because the room was not ready. The courtyard had dirty furnitures and stained paint (nothing to do with how good it looks like in the photos). - When they give us the room which has two single beds (which cannot be put together). The opposite thing to what is reflected in the reservation "a large double bed". Finally they agree to move us to a room with a double bed. - We did not like anything of what we saw (very distant from what is reflected in the photos). We requested the cancellation of the reservation, of at least the 2nd night and they did not agree - After the first night on a mattress as hard as a stone and feeling all the springs. To our surprise, they did not make our room. ... We decided to go from there the 2nd night despite of losing the money since it would most likely be our only time in Santorini and we did not want to be with such disgust and discomfort (very wise decision) The only good thing about the location (to put something good) is its central location in Fire. The jacuzzi that you see in your publication is the exclusive use of one room.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL NEVER IN YOUR LIFE, IT WAS REALLY AWFUL.
