Best of Both Worlds!

We rented the hotel’s 1809 Villa for five of us for three nights. It was the best of both worlds. We had three bedrooms, living area, dining area, kitchen, deck, hot tub and incredible views. There was plenty of room to hang out. Since the Villa is part of the hotel, we also had daily housekeeping and a great breakfast. Everyone who worked at Hotel Thireas was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again and I’d highly recommend the Villa with one caveat. Two of the bedrooms are up a narrow, spiral staircase that would not be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues or young children.

We had a great stay !Our hotel was nothing short of magical! The stunning caldera views, a delicious free big breakfast, and an incredibly helpful staff made each day unforgettable. Since it is cliffside with stunning views, be ready for stairs. The staff helped us with our luggages at an early hours due to our early flight back to Athens. Overall, an amazing experience!

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Hotel Thireas in Fira. From the moment we arrived, Helen was an amazing host – so welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.We booked a Junior Suite, and the view of the caldera was simply breathtaking – truly speechless. The suite also had a jacuzzi, which made the experience even more special and relaxing.The hotel is a small boutique property, which gives it such an intimate and personal feel. Its location is also perfect — right in the center of Fira, with shops, restaurants, and everything you might need just steps away.If you are looking for a memorable and unique stay in Santorini, I cannot recommend Hotel Thireas enough. It was a perfect experience from start to finish.

Excellent, small hotel with stunning views of the caldera. This hotel is in a very convenient location to shopping and dining. The staff was very kind and helpful. There are some steps that go down to the hotel as with most of the hotels overlooking the cliffs and caldera. This hotel had a gentleman that met us and assisted with our roller bags. We travel light and recommend others do the same. Our room was very clean and well appointed.
