This hotel is located beside the famous black sand beach of cosmopolitan Perissa. The centre of Fira is 20 km away.

Facility

The resort has 73 non-smoking rooms, including 11 junior suites and 60 double rooms, located in two 2-storey buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a currency exchange service and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Nice hotel without balconies.

Booked a superior room which wasn't very superior, no balcony just a concrete pad outside the door , with a view looking over the car park , don't be had over the travel agent offering balconys because they don't have them . Staff very nice , breakfast was really good , be ready for a nice walk when your transfer drops you off , its a 10 minute walk from the main road .overall it's not a bad hotel but not for sunbathing in , beach over the road is ok , free sunbeds for guests free wifi in room and bar area very good to , been and done it wouldn't go back .

visiting Santorini! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed by all of the staff who were always friendly, helpful, and approachable throughout our stay.A special mention has to go to John on reception, who truly went above and beyond for us. He supported us with trips into, helped us with the buses for our caldera excursion, and when we had issues with the air conditioning, he made sure the maintenance team came straight away without us even needing to ask again. His kindness and attentiveness really made a difference to our holiday.The hotel itself is in the perfect location, with the volcanic beach just a few steps away. The pools were always clean and well maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. We also loved eating at Pergola Restaurant — the food was amazing every time. If you are staying half board or full board, this is where you eat, although drinks are charged separately.You can also get the bus into Fira for €2.70 and explore as well as going up to Oia. But this area is more for the tranquility of the island. Overall, everything about our stay was fantastic and we would definitely return in the future!

Beautiful hotel

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, from the outdoor areas, reception, rooms and pool area. Perfect if you want a beach holiday as the beach is literally right in front of you! Stunning views of the sea and mountains also. The staff make this hotel even more amazing, reception, bar, restaurant staff are all absolutely lovely and can’t do enough to help you and make you feel special. The restaurant is absolutely fantastic with so much variety of food, we stayed for 7 nights and still had food on the menu we hadn’t tried yet! You can sit on the beach and eat meals in good weather or inside.i can’t rave about this hotel enough! It’s absolutely lovely and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay.

I would reccomend but do get some spray for the ants and shop which was the hotel expensive

The hotel was very cutral to the ilsland fira i cant say a bad location right next to the beach but it was quite far from Fira and Oia we tooke the public bus about a 5 min walk. The Pools were very cold and the hotel was infested with ants i woke up with ant bites on my face internet was brilliant close but one room away 0 bars. The staff knew English and friendly. food brilliant i suggest dont rent a xar but do rent a atv no regrets. Adding on to the location there was a massive rock which wss very nice to see in the morning

My wife and I had a great experience of this hotel when we stayed for a week in Perissa a year ago.The location, rooms, cleanliness, staff and food were all 5/5.In fact we have just rebooked, this time for two weeks in June 2026.If you like a smaller personal “club feel” to your hotel, do not hesitate to book, ahead of all those already in the know, rebooking for next year.
