  Excellent, clean, centrally located hotel with great air conditioning. Perfect for those on a budget. We had 3 “basement” rooms which were perfect for our large family. Came with a private courtyard with tables, chairs, umbrella that was shaded and very cool. Rooms were decent- nothing special but very clean with spacious bathroom and excellent air conditioning (much appreciated in this heat wave with temps >100!) Fridge, hair dryer, nice shower. Best part was location- located on a quiet side street steps away from central bus stop which takes you to all of the beaches, towns and airport. No need for a car. In center of town, walking distance to hundreds of shops, restaurants, cafes, gyro places, etc.

  Very good hotel, nice rooms, in very good location. To the bus station 1 min walk, from which you can reach every corner of island by bus. To the city center also about 1 min by food. Definitely recommend this place. One minus in our room wasn’t double bed, only two single beds put together which made for as not very comfortable because of space between beds… 😅

  Villa Roussa for me is absolutely disgraceful and greed for money Hotel. We had a major incident and needed to cancel our room, we explained the very sad situation however they did not refund our money and double booked to someone else as I checked it on Booking.com. For me a thieves. All the other hotels refunded as so kindly even if it was not stated on policy.I would not recommend this hotel at all. Quite rude customer service, they never answer emails neither the phone, my call only got through once after several calls. Stay away from Vila Roussa so much better hotels to stay in Santorini.

  Convenient hotel with good value for money

  My husband and i stayed in Villa Roussa for 3 nights (12-13-14 september) during our trip to Santorini. We arrived at 8.30 am so we stored our luggage until we checked in our room. The hotel is lovely, its location is perfect: directly next to a free parking lot and to the bus terminal of Fira. In addition, the vibrant streets of Fira are just steps away where you can find all types of shops and restaurants. The room is very nice, it has one double and 1 single bed and equipped with hairdresser, small fridge, TV, AC, water heater and nescafe. The bathroom is out of this world and seems to be newly renovated cause it is nothing like the pictures i've seen online. It is spotlessly clean and the bathtub is of traditional greek cave type. The reception is friendly and helpful and the staff cleaned the room and changed the bed sheets everyday. Villa Roussa is of very good value for money comparing to the hotel prices in Santorini. I guess it would be more perfect if they offer breakfast with this rate. Thank you villa roussa for adding comfort to our stay in Santorini.

  Great value for money for central Fira.Villa Roussa is small hotel centrally located right next to the main bus terminal in Fira.Our room was small but we were hardly in it over the two nights we were there.The beds were comfortable and the air con worked well. We were concerned about noise from the bus park but once the windows were closed the noise was completely blocked out.Friendly service at reception, they kindly helped to arrange transport to and from the port. The small jacuzzi pool on the roof was a great way to refresh tired feet after a day exploring the town.
