  Lovely hotel, situated opposite the castle walls. Great view from the restaurant where we had breakfast everyday. Nice room, however view was of a roof. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom small with oddly shaped shower. However it was fine as didn't spend long in the room. Great wellness centre open from 6-9 in the evenings, used it twice. Beautiful area, so nice abs relaxing. Breakfast everyday was lovely, attentive staff always asking if you need a coffee. Staff on reception nice and friendly. Recommended. 😊

  The staff at the breakfast was blunt/rude. Only the male customers seemed to be served very nicely. When I had breakfast with my husband, they brought coffee for him and were nice, but when I had breakfast on my own, nobody noticed me or even asked if I wanted coffee. Nobody even said good morning, though there were only few customers. I am a middle aged woman and I am used to beeing served as well as my husband. In this place I had the feeling that female customers were not wanted or welcome. I can not recommend you to my friends who are married.

  A gem of a stay! That's how we would describe our recent encounter with Hotel Roma in Castelfranco Veneto.Nestled at the end of the historic center of the town, this classic " albergo" offers a seamless array of services, each one topping the other with its subtle efficiency. Courtesy is where everything begins here. Plenty of it, from the front desk , to the breakfast area on the spectacular fourth floor, where Dolly's warm welcome and attention to detail makes everyone feel so very comfortable. We stayed in one of the penthouses, with balcony overlooking the piazza and the ancient walls. What a sight!   Courteous, friendly, professional front desk and staff. Always ready to help and accommodate. Cleanest hotel I have visited so far !! Breafast amazing and a gltuen free section. I would not hesitate to come back or recommend !! This is the place to stay when in Castelfranco !!

  I stayed at this hotel whilst on a Riviera tour of hidden Italy.The hotel has a wonderful view of the old town wall. Bedrooms are on the small side. However they are perfectly adequate. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Bedding and towels are unnecessary changed daily. It has most of the things that you expect in a four star hotel. However the rooms are all furnished differently. For instance in my room there was no chest of drawers, so I had to leave my underwear in my suitcase. Also if you like to use shower gel, then you should take your own, as they supply bars of soap. I know from visiting friends rooms that some did have chest of drawers in. Room 380 is at the back of the hotel, so didn't have a view. If you stay in this place ask to be at the front.The breakfast room does have a wonderful view over the old town.The breakfast is good, but the menu is the same every day. There is a choice of hot and cold, along with pastries.The staff do speak a little English, and are very helpful. If you stay in Castlefranco I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a good place to explore the Veneto area from.
