  Overall a nice hotel but not value for money. Specifically, the hotel staff is very polite and attentive, the breakfast is average especially for a hotel that charges 200€ per night,charging you for a coffee selection extra. My family and I have been visiting the hotel for the past 10 years and this year the service at the beach and the beach bar was a disgrace, charging 15 € to hotel residences for 2 sunbeds, rood lady responsible of sunbed booking, totally unprofessional. Although the hotel has the best island location the overall look and feel, service and mood does not do it justice due to the attitude of the beach employees and the extra charges to hotel residents. I don't think there will be a next time after 10 years unfortunately!

  I always submit good reviews but this place is a piece of art.You receive two small bottles of water upon arrival and that is it.You will have to buy water from restaurant and it’s not cheap at all, you would need at least four big bottles per day, restaurant closes at night.Talked to receptionist and someone with a manager attitude jumps in (His name Iftikhar) and cold hearted said:“it’s a business! So what! It’s just a tiny baby. Why the baby is drinking too much milk anyway!” While giving psycho looks, Definitely someone who hold grudges.Nothing near by. You would have to take a boat taxi in the mornings during heatwaves far to the city center for food, water and supplies. You cannot relax, sunbath, swim and enjoy.I’m not cheap, i can buy the water. But felt like a scam to me, and I do not know who cuts water for making milk for babies to gain extra money!Balcony rails have big gap and dangerous for children. NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES.4 stars is much overrated. I pray it goes bankrupt because of the inhumanity.If you like to be locked up dehydrated and drunk on a very nice view and you can process sea water, old food, and dealing with horrible heartless staff this is the place to go!

  Great hotel but HORRIBLE beach club.

  Hotel and breakfast is very nice, but the beach club is such a dissapointment. The men that «own» it and one of the girls that work there seems like they hate their work. The beds are quite squeaky and hard in the hotel and its very easy to hear others through the doors and walls inside the hotel. Will visit hotel again but NEVER the beach club. absolutely horrible and not welcoming.

  The hotel is in an excellent location with a wonderful view, nice clean rooms, and very courteous staff.There is easy access to the beach. I would definitely visit again.

  We only had one night there, two nights ago, but were impressed with this hotel. It has a stunning view of the water which we enjoyed from the outdoor dining area and our room had all the things you'd expect of a good hotel including comfortable beds, a fridge, hooks, power points next to the bed, and a good buffet breakfast. When my husband forgot his pillows though, their service was next level. They arranged to have them dropped off at the ferry going from Poros to Aegina (where we were), and the pillows arrived the same afternoon! We were so grateful for their quick and efficient service.
