Absolute gem of a find

Absolute gem of a find, completely exceeded my expectations.From the moment I booked I knew that I had made a good choice, Menna was very helpful and arranged transfers as well as offering to buy us some supplies if required.We were picked up by Spyross, who was friendly and welcoming, provided us with cold water for the transfer, which was much appreciated and even dropped us off at a local beach after we had finished unpacking.Room was traditional, spacious and set in the most beautiful location on a hillside overlooking the sea….We spent fab 4 nights there and shall definitely be returning.Keep up the amazing work James & Viktoria

Wonderful stay at these apartments

"We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The accommodation was spotless, incredibly comfortable beds and very well equipped. The location was excellent, and everything was exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy and really friendly both before and throughout our stay. From day one when we woke to rain, Menna offered us a liff onto town for breakfast and Anna Maria brought out an umberella. We felt very welcome and would happily stay here again. Menna took her time with local expertise even booked a restaurant for us.Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.Never stayed anywhere so clean, bedding and towels changed regularly, totally private balcony with breathtaking views.Just wonderful..There is a climb up the hill but unless mobility issues, then take your time and admire the views you are rewarded with.Greek hospitality at its best.Thank you again to all x

“We had an excellent stay in this studio! The accommodation is clean, well-equipped with air conditioning, and ideally located up in the hills, offering a stunning sea view. We were lucky to enjoy sunny weather throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The bus station, convenience stores, the beach, and good restaurants are all nearby. Luckily, we were able to burn off some calories climbing the hill up to the studio! The owners are lovely and very welcoming: upon arrival, they offered us fresh orange juice, biscuits, and even a pack of water — a truly appreciated gesture. Menna also gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and walks to take in the area. A quiet, relaxing spot, perfect for a successful holiday. We will definitely come back!”

Traditional Greek accommodation with lovely owners

We stayed here in Sept 2024 and had a lovely time. It is a traditional greek property which we love, don't expect super luxury but everything you need is there including air conditioning which is included in the price (unusual for accommodation at this price on Skiathos) but very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Ideal if you are looking for a simple but lovely and very Greek property. The owners were wonderful we felt like family and they could not do enough for us. Our room was always spotlessly clean and they were always asking if there was anything else we needed. The property is situated on a hill (steep but short and not a major issue for us) with great views but just a few minutes walk from the main street with its bars and tavernas and the beach. Overall I would say if you are looking for traditional reasonably priced accommodation a few minutes from Paraskevi which is very clean and well looked after with lovely Greek owners this is the place for you. We loved our stay here.

the worst experience

They refused to accept a 4-year-old child who slept with us in the bed in order to rent the property at a higher price. They forced us to pay in advance, even though they initially specified that it was to be paid at the property and canceled our reservation.
