Location

This hotel is located 400 m from the centre of Skiathos town on the green island of Skiathos (Sporades). It provides very convenient access to all the island's settlements and beaches. It is just 300 m from the beach, 500 m from shops and guests will find restaurants 700 m from the hotel.

    This was my second visit, the first being in 2020 (covid year) Overall a much better atmosphere. The room was spacious, with a roomy modern bathroom (although typically Greek with a dodgy fitting doors!) The bed was very comfortable as was the pillows. The room was cleaned every day, getting clean towels, every other day or two would have been fine for us.A pleasant buffet breakfast in either an airy breakfast room (despite being underground!) or a lovely enclosed garden. The receptionist, Koni was lovely, very helpful and friendly as was Lenia.The Hotel is situated in an ideal location,just off the top of Papadiamantis St. and a couple of minutes walk to bus stop 3.

    A great little hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was a good size and cleaned daily. This hotel is located just a short walk from the beach, from the town centre bars and restaurants and from the bus stop. A great base for a holiday, would definitely return.

    It is a very nice hotel which is very clean. The aircon especially is superb as they are Brand new. The beds are firm and some of the best we have slept on in Greece. The hotel is easy walking distance from the Port and also a very flat walk which is great if you have any mobility issues. Very friendly staff and a highly recommended hotel

    Wonderful stay in Skiathos

    We stayed at Aretousa for a week and everything was really nice. Rooms are perfect: big, very clean and also with a balcony. We appreciated the air-conditioning and the fridge a lot. The position is central, about 5 minutes on foot from Skiathos center and Megali Ammos beach, and not even 10 minutes from the port. The staff was kind and attentive; moreover, since our return flight was in the morning, the boss drove us to the airport, and we were so grateful. The only thing I would suggest would be just to improve breakfast. By the way, all things considered the hotel has an excellent price/quality ratio; definitely recommended.

    These guys are amazing can’t rate them highly enough. The reception staff are amazing and so caring. Beds are really comfy, fridge in room but take travel kettle if you’re British and want a cuppa in the morning. Hotel immaculate clean. I think most rooms have a balcony. Very central . Was perfectly adequate for our two weeks stay. Let reception know if you are island hoping as we did because they will worry for your welfare and not many hotels would do that.....just lovely, lovely people.
