    I have just returned from a week's holiday staying at the Hotel Akti in Skiathos town. My room was clean and comfortable with extra pillows and bedding if needed. There was free wifi and air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. From the balcony with table and chairs, the view over the port was excellent. There are lots of restaurants and tavernas offering a wide variety of cuisines, all within walking distance as is the harbour from which numerous boat trips are available. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    After searching through lots, we are so glad we booked this lovely hotel. The location is fantastic, room comfy & clean, views amazing (overlooking the port) and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be returning again in the future!

    We spent the week here and enjoyed the holiday very much. As we say in the U.K., it does what it says on the tin.Our room was kept spotless by a lovely maid, the bed was comfortable, the shower great and the facilities spot on. Our balcony overlooked the harbour as booked, it was a joy to sit and people watch there.All the staff were very helpful, like carrying the suitcase up to the room, and went out of their way to please. So polite and understanding.The location of the hotel for us was perfect, a short flat walk to town and all the shops, bars and restaurants.Thanks to everyone for making our holiday so memorable.

    Clean, no fuss accommodation with excellent harbour views (if you pay a little extra) with small but functional balconies. There is a kettle with cups and saucers, air-con, fridge & tv. All basic needs catered for. Location is key - harbour side, walking distance to ferry & town centre with numerous cafes,bars etc, with added advantage of a few metres from bus stop ‘0’ which as well beaches regularly run buses to the airport - currently the fares are €3 (each way) to most beaches. Honestly, the hotel couldn’t be better located.

    This hotel is in a lovely spot right on the harbour near bus stop zero we walked from the airport took around 20 minutes the staff are really friendly and the hotel is spotless we had a bit of trouble sleeping due to a baby crying all night in the next room the staff moved us 2 doors down which was greatly appreciated the view over the harbour watching the ferry come and go was brilliant try to get a front room also they have a beautiful black and white cat that's sleeps in reception and has a little wonder around the hotel
