Great location, lovely rooms and a family welcome
28 Sept 2026
We were a party of 5 with 2 suites and 1 double room. We were delighted with the quality of our rooms and really appreciated the way this hotel operates. There is a true family feel to Mystery and it makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Katerina heads a wonderful team, who go out of their way to ensure that guests have everything they need. Irenie, Flipflop and Norma (housekeeping) really made our stay special.Breakfast was lovely. My only comment would be to provide more of a range of bread and fresh rolls. Otherwise the omelettes were delicious.Location is spot on, just a short walk into the hectic busy town, but far enough away to remain peaceful and tranquil. Our flights were delayed due to bad weather, and we stayed elsewhere overnight in a large well known hotel. This experience confirmed that if I returned to Skiathos I would have no hesitation in retuning to Mystery. Mystery Team, Guest Services / Front Office at Mystery Skiathos Luxury Residence, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing Mystery for your stay in Skiathos. We are delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed the comfort of our rooms, our peaceful location, and above all, the warm and welcoming atmosphere we strive to create.Katerina, Irenie, Flipflop, and our housekeeping team, especially Norma, will be thrilled to know that they helped make your stay so special. Your kind words mean a great deal to all of us.We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the variety of bread and fresh rolls at breakfast, and we will certainly take it into consideration. It is especially rewarding to know that your experience at Mystery left such a lasting impression, and that you would choose to return to us on your next visit to Skiathos. We look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay!Warm regards, The Mystery Team

Amazing place with amazing staff
14 Sept 2026
I cannot recommend a better hotel than Mystery Skiathos luxury. It is the perfect location. Out of the busy tourist area but a short walk into town. The breakfast and all of the restaurant meals are excellent and prepared perfectly. Most importantly the staff was so kind and friendly and went out of their way to make you happy and comfortable during my stay with them. I felt like I had made friends by the time I had left. Katerina especially (hotel manager) was truly exceptional at her job and a wonderful human being. Skiathos is amazing and finding the right place to stay is imperative. Side note taking the bus to the amazing beaches close by is very easy and a grocery store is also within walking distance. Mystery Team, Guest Services / Front Office at Mystery Skiathos Luxury Residence, responded to this review Your words truly mean a lot to our entire team.We are especially happy to hear that you enjoyed our peaceful location, just outside the busy centre while still being within an easy walk of Skiathos Town, as well as our breakfast and restaurant. It is wonderful to know that you enjoyed the food and the care that goes into its preparation. Most importantly, your kind words about our team mean so much to us. We always hope that our guests feel genuinely welcomed and looked after, but hearing that you left feeling as though you had made friends is one of the nicest compliments we could receive.Katerina will be especially touched by your lovely words. She puts a great deal of care and personal attention into welcoming our guests, and we are very happy that this made such a positive impression on you.Thank you also for mentioning the local bus service and nearby grocery store. Useful tips for future guests looking to explore the beautiful beaches of Skiathos. It was truly a pleasure having you with us, and we hope that your new friends at Mystery will have the chance to welcome you back very soon!
