Terrible experience:I have been coming to this hotel for 3 years in a row and as always I made a direct phone reservation 3 weeks before arrival. When asked about paying a deposit, the answer was that there was no need, because we have known each other for a long time. One day before arriving with my wife and two small children, I was informed that there was a problem with my reservation and there was no room for me, and that I should find another hotel myself!? In a conversation with Ms. Elena, she promised to talk to the director Mr. Elias Sachinidis. The same answer, which I have on WhatsApp message as proof. Since it was high season, all the hotels were full. Finally I found one, twice as expensive, but only for 4 days. After that I had to change hotels 2 more times (each had only a few days free), which means 3x unpacking and packing, plus moving from one hotel to another. Not to mention that I spent most of my time looking for the next accommodation.I am the CEO and owner of several factories, so I am always stressed and need peace on vacation, not to mention my family.After 3 years of loyalty, the management of the Royal Paradise Tasos hotel ruined the little time I had for a much-needed vacation and a peaceful stay with my family. For three years now, we have been hosting you without advance payments, based on good faith and mutual trust – a luxury rarely offered in high season. Unfortunately, this time our trust put us in a difficult position and the result was that something that was never considered a “given” was taken for granted.Booking without an advance payment is not a contract, it is a courtesy. In the heart of summer, where occupancy is approaching 100%, no hotel can guarantee availability without a guarantee. We sincerely regret that our own effort to serve you turned into a complaint.Regarding the names you chose to mention, let us be absolutely clear: publicly targeting employees without their consent is unjustified and offensive. Our staff works non-stop, often under enormous pressure, to serve thousands of guests. Everything about this place is amazing!!! ALL THE STAFF!!! Rooms are clean and cozy. Beach is perfect with pines. Food is excellent!!!

Inspiring experience - Royal Paradise

Royal Paradise appears to be the top spot on Thassos Island.The jacuzzi fitted apartments are ideal for a stay of up to 10 days providing enough space for pretty much any endeavour.The beach is private and situated in a small golf. It offers generous amounts of space and tranquility.The curious thing about the locatio. is it appears to have a microclimate. While the rest of the island sits at 30+ degrees, Royal Paradise sits at 27-28 which is perfect.The staff has been great, with Elena (reception) spear heading the effort in a glorious manner.

We had the most wonderful week at the hotel – truly paradise not only in name, but in every sense.From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for.
