    Location is great - laundromat and small grocery store around the corner. Walking distance to waterfront - easy access to train station (walking distance maybe 30 mins)

    The location for travelers is excellent. Breakfast is good. Service is excellent. We went for many day walks from the hotel. A large number of museums, tourists sites, eating and the Mediterranean Sea coast is a 5 to 8 min walk.

    I actually was part of a tour group that used this hotel. The location is pretty good, but it would have been better closer to the sea and tourist area. The roof top bar is very enjoyable, the breakfast is ample and varied. The staff is average. One was quite insistent he should call me a taxi because Uber was unreliable. Not true. Just call an Uber.Rooms are modern but average. Bathroom sink was absurd: shallow with no stopper: don't try rinsing anything out in it! A/C was good. Room was quiet.

    My wife and I stayed at the Imperial Plus Urban Smart Hotel while in Thessaloniki. The Hotel is situate on one of the main street from which there are bus, metro and tax services. Our room was very comfortable. The Bed was great. The Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was served from 7:30am and was plentiful covering most tastes. Its a great place to stay and is not expensive.

    First impression: hire an engineer to figure out the light switches, especially when jetlagged. Shower head is useless, use the hand held unit. Clean sheets, comfy mattress, good water pressure. Nice buffet breakfast. Brewed Decaf, ask for it. Clean rooms.
