  A beautiful discovery

  The hotel is little and really charming. It's located in a central position in Thessaloniki, in a nice zone, full of restaurants and bars. The rooms are very clean and bright. A special mention for the staff, which is very kind and professional. The price is really good for the overall quality.   A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the City

  We stayed at this beautiful hotel on New Year’s Eve and had a wonderful experience. The staff kindly arranged secure parking for our car and even booked a lovely nearby restaurant for our dinner. The hotel is a true gem, perfectly located in the city centre and beautifully decorated throughout. The staff were exceptionally polite and incredibly helpful. The bar serves excellent cocktails and provides a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere for drinks. Our room was cozy, spotless, and very stylish. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped with all the necessary toiletries. Breakfast offers a small but well-chosen variety of pastries and cereals, along with freshly prepared eggs, fresh juice, and a selection of coffees. Would recommend to anyone to stay.   Fantastic location, clean rooms, amazing customer service.

  From before we arrived, the lovely staff responded quickly and helpfully to my questions via email. On arrival again such lovely customer service! Our gluten free needs were met, going over and above to supply a delicious breakfast! The rooms were clean and the location of this hotel is in a great central spot, near some amazing restaurants and bars. Overall we were so happy with our experience here at Baha!

  Wonderful stay at Bahar Boutique Hotel

  Great boutique hotel located in busy area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shopping. Also a short walk to waterfront and located centrally for sightseeing. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Front desk staff were amazing...all helpful, friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was wonderful and staff in restaurant worked so hard to make sure we enjoyed a special breakfast each day. I would highly recommend the Bahar Boutique Hotel in Thessaloniki. A little noise at night from outside hotel as location is in a busy area but this did not take away from a wonderful 4 night stay!!

  Instead of support for Tempe, they just happily take your money

  I booked a room for two nights and prepaid in full. After the general strike in Greece was announced to protest against the institutional failure in the aftermath of the Tempe train disaster, the airlines canceled all flights into Greece. As a result, we could not fly into Thessaloniki and -- big surprise -- not stay at the hotel. I asked them one week in advance to cancel the booking and reimburse the prepaid amount. They sent me their cheeky "offer" to use the first night as cancellation fee and the second night as credit to be used until the end of 2025 ("excluding dates of exhibitions, national holidays, etc."): "Although your booking is under a non-refundable policy, we understand the difficult position you are in, and therefore the best we can offer is to charge the first night as a cancellation fee and the cost of your second night will be provided to you as a voucher."AS IF! As if I would ever go near this hotel. As if I would support any business that uses the country's mourning to make money for no services rendered.
