    Fantastic Rooftop Pool but tired rooms in need of TLC

    Fantastic rooftop pool. Rooms are not like the photos though - dark, dingy and in need of repair and a bit of TLC. Maybe we were not lucky enough to stay in one of the showrooms! Super helpful staff and very friendly. Location was ok - a very busy street and a 15 minute walk to Ladadika for its lovely restaurants.     The photos are AI-generated and do not reflect reality. The images are a lie! The hotel is extremely worn and hasn't been maintained for the last 20 years.At the reception, you are met by surly staff.The rooms are tiny and very worn.The gym the hotel boasts about is a disgrace; all the equipment is out of order.The rooftop pool is so full of grease and sunscreen that light-colored swimwear turns completely yellow. Has the water even been changed in the last two or three years? Disgusting!We are never comming back!I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.     I'm not happy with my stay at Capsis Hotel.The room was OK, clean, air-conditioned.Breakfast was average quality, but wide choice.The pool on the roof was the best thing!Staff - unqualified, not helpful, not very kind. Reception was empty most of the time. They were not answering the phone either. Requested iron and towels for the room - both times they forgot about it and I had to call multiple times to remind them. Overall - the price definitely does not match the quality and the service you're getting.
