  Great location, essential rooms, enough space.

  Ladadika is where most of restaurants and pubs are located in Thessaloniki but the hotel rooms are well protected acoustically from the external noise. The building has no reception therefore you need to check in at the Colors Urban branch of the hotel chain, located just 300 meters away. Our rooms had no closet.   Staff is very kind and helpful!! Clean and comfortable rooms.. In the middle of the towm close to everything!! Our home in Thessaloniki really!! If we go again we will stay in Colors again for sure! It says at least 200 characters to submit the review i have nothing else to say..

  Very Bad hotel

  Though this "Hotel?" is in a good location centrally, that's the only positive. you've to climb 32 steps before you get to a lift. The hotel decor is falling apart, badly designed and maintained. Room was noisy. Curtains hanging and can't close them. Pillows! uncomfortable, so was the bed. Kettle didn't work as had to leave finger on the switch to work. When I told them, the answer was "That's how it should work". Tried to open balcony door, handle came of in my hand. A terrible hotel in a sorry state of repair. Avoid at all cost.   good but some misrepresentation

  Breakfast was not "in room" as advertised but a chit for the sister hotels restaurant 3 blocks away. Advertised room serviced...but none. Elevator does not work. One staff...receptionist....but only from 11am to 7pm. Even the key packet says the hours are longer than that...apparently cost cutting due to Covid19...after all this is only a 12 room hotel. Great location...no hot water was a bummer but they said that was due to a gas main break...but no one was warning guests.   ok lets start with the good. location is right in the heart of city the room was a good size.Now the bad. Beds not comfy you have to go to the sister hotel on the next street to check in the reception is barley open we had a problem that our key card would work we had to sit waiting after finally getting hold of the other hotel just to get in. breakfast is at the sister hotel. the hotel is a funny shaped building there is not a lift up the first flight of stairs which isnt great as they are very steep spiral staircase. All in all the hotel is in a right place room was clean but thats the best i can say.
