Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Thessaloniki – Highly Recommended

    rating26 Sept 2026

We stayed for one night at COLORS Urban Hotel in Thessaloniki and had a wonderful experience! We booked two rooms—one for a couple with two kids and another for a couple. Both rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable for our family.?The location is absolutely perfect! It is right in the center of the city, within short walking distance of the famous local markets, fantastic taverns, shops, and main attractions.?The breakfast was a huge highlight—delicious, fresh, and offers a wonderful variety of options that everyone enjoyed.Great value for money, especially as the location and atmosphere were welcoming. As for noise levels we didn't hear anything even though we were located at the 2nd floor. ?The hotel staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend COLORS Urban Hotel to anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

The hotel features high ceilings and beautifully designed, elegant interiors that create a luxurious atmosphere. We stayed in a room with both city and sea views, and the view was absolutely stunning. The hotel’s ambassador, Kalesis, was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay and made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality and delicious options. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Thessaloniki.

    Poor customer service money focused

    rating23 Jul 2026

Wanted to experience a new hotel Colors. Booked refundable reservation. Attempted to cancel July 22 and book alternate room in same hotel as needs changed My stay would have begun July 25. Dimitri would not refund although cancellation within 3 days. We now have paid for 2 rooms and will only utilise one room. Great deal for Colors but not for their guests. Empty room sits empty although Colors revenue increases without any work on their part. Great deal Colors. I am less inclined to try new hotels and will share experience worldwide. Is this worth it Dimitri,
