Hotel ?
30 Jun 2025
We stayed at the hotel in May this year. I was very disappointed with the man who checked us in. There was no welcome no nothing. I asked about the upgrade that we had to bid for, the email said I will be told at the hotel. He said no no you did not get it as we are booked out and all rooms have been taken. Well why ask people to try for an upgrade in the first place. We did not realise that the room was so small we had problems putting our luggage inside. The bathroom was so so small only one person could fit in it. Why, is this not explained when you make the booking. We asked the next day if we could upgrade the room this time is was a female at the counter she said in her own words a definite no. So so upset. We went for breakfast in the morning and it looked ok. But there was no hot food. I asked if I could have fried eggs. I asked for a toast. The girl in the restaurant said no we do not make this. We have to eat was is there. I cannot eat some food and there was very little I could eat. I found the staff not very happy no smiles no hello. Again very upsetting. We found some very nice and friendly restaurants in the area better than the hotel. Why was there a fridge by the bed instead of a table?

Confortable rooms in a quite and pleasent area

+Modern and confortable room. There are many restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. The lobby is quite pleasent. It's not far from the center of the city.-The room is quite small and the shower in the bathroom is very tinny. You can barely move yourself in the shower. Evelyn Christopoulou, ?d???t?t?? at Domotel Olympia, responded to this review Dear hmartires, Let us thank you for recommending Domotel Olympia after the experience you had with us! We are proud that the tasty breakfast, restaurant, central location, and comfortable room contributed to your positive experience. Please allow us to take the opportunity to let you know that our hotel has several room types, most of them bigger than yours, with bigger baths. Our team would like to express our gratitude for your positive comments and we would love to have the chance to welcome you back in the nearest future. Kind Regards, Vassilis Th. Christopoulos, Hotel Manager.

Liars! We payed for a couple room and they gived us one bed room with separate broken beds, the room and bathroom was very small and they didn’t find us a solution. I dont like it at all for that price you can go whenever you want better and im sure the staff will not be rude like they was. Evelyn Christopoulou, Owner at Domotel Olympia, responded to this review Dear egzonjetak,First and foremost, we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay. It is with great concern to note that you were not fully satisfied with the room type and the bathroom. However, as you have been informed by Booking.com, the choice of the room type was clearly your mistake. Thank you so much that you called us liars, because you chose the wrong room type and rudely insisted that you were right, while the Front desk clerk, printed your reservation from the Booking.com page and showed it right away to you, rejecting your baseless claims. Thank you so much you called us also rude, because we tried to serve you by installing a coating, which was suggested to you, and you accepted. Wish you could give us another opportunity to welcome you back. With Best Regards, Vassilis Th. Christopoulos, Hotel Manager.
