  Fabulous Stay at a Classy Hotel

  We had a fabulous 5-night stay at the Electra Palace. The premium room with balcony was immaculate and had all mod cons. The hotel is not dated, it is perhaps old-fashioned – in a very good way. It made me realise how much I had missed grand old hotels with great staircases and beautiful furnishings. Attentive and caring service from everyone at the front desk, to room-keeping, to the breakfast/restaurant team. Modern, bland, uniform hotels need to take a lesson from the Electra Palace.   Fabulous hotel in a great location right in the heart of the city and with lovely sea views. Many restaurants within a few minutes walking distance offering a varied range of cuisine. Great breakfast served in the bright rooftop restaurant. Relaxing experience in the thalasso pool and spa with a wonderful massage treatment by the amazing Areti. We loved Thessoloniki and this hotel and will be back!   This is a beautiful and peaceful space. The people are lovely and the facilities are clean and calm. We had massages, used the sauna and went swimming during our session. Highly recommend.   Our favourite "home away from home" place to visit!!!

  Electra Thessaloniki, is not just another 5 * hotel. There are 5* hotels, that gives you just the luxury, and there are THESE 5* hotels, that apart from the luxury, they also treat you with respect and honesty, and throw themselves into it.This is the hotel we know for the last 7 years, and this is the hotel that we visit for the last 7 years, every time we visit Thessaloniki.Where shall I start? The quick and efficient assistance of the gents at the Concierge? Always smiley and ready to help you at any time!The reception? George and the Team always with a great attitude, quick and efficient!The reservations? The extra helpful, and always considerate Lena Kolomtouri! Fantastic service, with great room options to choose from, including our Membership advantages!! The bar staff on the roof and the leader Pavlos? Every time it feelis like I am visiting family; the warmth welcome, the way they look after me and my husband, the waitors and waitresses, always smiley and ready to help; either for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner... or just a drink! And if you top all of this with the best view in Thessaloniki, then you know that you are the winner.The housekeeping? Oh my God!! The room's state was I M P E C A B L E!!! The ladies are doing a fantastic job, so thank you very much for your hard work every time we visit.But there is also another person, who actually makes every stay special, she treats us like Kings, she throws herself in and thinks everytning through... This one person who always probably think "what would Paris and David like to see in the room"? This person, was the topic of discussion for many guests, in every positive way, saying how much of a super star she is.. and this is Alexia, our favourite Guest Relation Manager! Eavdroopping is not polite, but we could not help it... they were discussing it in the lift :)Alexia has clearly that attention to the detail, that can make a stay so extravagant and unique... There are not words to describe the way we felt! This service is a GM's material level!Alexia (in cooperation with Lena in reservations, the Reception Team AND the bar Team), created the best experience for our 7th Wedding Anniversary.
