  A new hotel just a 10-minute walk from the center of Thessaloniki. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the cleaning staff is efficient. The hotel's value for money is quite reasonable. We would have been more satisfied if the reception staff were as friendly and attentive as the young owner. We have to mention this shortcoming. Despite everything, we will stay at this hotel again when we visit Thessaloniki again.

  Grand port suites is a very dirty hotel Yes very disappointed as I paid money for this 3 nights I do not accept this kind of service and rudeness from the staff of grand port suites very unprofessional ?I have re-booked another hotel because I could stay in that hotel. So disrespectful to me and calling me a liar in front of other customers arrogant and rude!!I had the do not disturb sign on my door and it seems they came in my room as when I got back it wants there any more. The reception guy told me I have no control. Sorry then they do not deserve 8.9 stars. But 0.5 rating They will obviously say it's not true.Mosquitos in the insect screen were not cleaned I could even open the window for fresh air. And the Air-con not working well and dirty not cleaned well. Also he called me a liar twice in my face. Arrogant and rude personnel at the reception. I publish the photos of the room I had disgusting room. Shame on you to treat customers when I paid money for it. And booking.com doesn't help out the customer they play along.

  Nice decent place value for the Money breakfast was good nothing wow but for the money paid really coolThe staff were friendly as well and the location close to the metroAnd the city center walkingI would try this place again in the future I come back to Thessaloniki

  A great location near the city center and just a 2 minute walk from the new metro station and bus station. Very easy to get to by public transportation and a safe area. The room was very clean and comfortable, in general the hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was terrific, has everything you could ask for. We were very satisfied and recommend this place.

  Me and my daughter visited Thessaloniki October 2023 and found this hotel. The location is superb if you are going further or arriving by bus or train. The rooms are very nice and the area seems quite silent. At least we were not bothered with any kind of noise. The distance to the city centre with all its restaurants, museums etc. is about 1.5 km flat walk.A good breakfast was included in our stay, and that was good as we did not find any nice cafes in the neighbourhood. The staff is friendly and efficient. If you arrive a bit early and the rooms are not ready, they will lock in your luggage for no charge meanwhile so you do not need to carry it around.The price level for this hotel is very low, perhaps too low if you compare it with the quality you get. I will for sure seriously consider this hotel next time I come to Thessaloniki.
