A bad experience!

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Our room was too small, old, with worn out furniture and not so clean. When we complained about the room, the receptionist was not particularly helpful or friendly. Breakfast was average-big variety but low quality, served in a small and crowded place. I am not sure if I stay here again.

Great location, but outdated rooms and poor front desk serviceLocation: Excellent position right in the heart of the city center.Parking: Convenient partnership with a nearby garage, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.Breakfast: Decent selection and overall ok.Room Condition: The rooms are outdated and have a noticeable smell of sewage and humidity. The bathrooms are old, and the bathtub was rusty.Service & Payment Policy: Extremely disappointed with the reception staff. I booked through their website with an agreement (confirmed via email) that payment would be made upon arrival. However, at check-in, I was told my card was charged 24 hours prior. The receptionist was quite rude, simply dismissing the previous confirmation by stating his colleagues had given me incorrect information.While the location is ideal for exploring Thessaloniki, the lack of maintenance and unprofessional attitude at check-in ruined the experience. I would not return.

Okay hotel for the location and price

Stayed here last minute for a few days. Price was reasonable for the area. Less than a 10 minute walk from the metro, walking distance to several restaurants and small grocery stores, and safe neighborhood (the neighborhood around 10 minutes away started to look a bit sketchy to me). Breakfast was included in my rate and I thought it was fairly good although due to an early flight I wasn't able to use it on my last day (they don't start breakfast until 7:30). It held things like small Greek pastries, yogurt, fruit, salad, eggs, and bacon. Not a huge spread, but a good way to start the day. The coffee maker was great too. Room had fairly good air conditioning and strong wifi. Water pressure was good too. Now for the negatives....With the exception of the early morning front desk person (Nikos I believe was his name) was very helpful and friendly and aimed to please. I felt like the rest of the front desk people wanted nothing to do with guests (or at least me lol). I felt like they weren't upfront either about certain things like the cost of the taxi to the airport (was quoted significantly more from the girl at the front desk then vs. booking on FreeNow. When I checked in, was told nothing that would be helpful for guests staying there aside from wifi information and the time to start breakfast. That's it. Apparently my rate also included a free tour which I just noticed (staff didn't feel the need to give me details about this) and something called a "free coffee break". The women working there just seemed to not want to be bothered with anything. While my room was cleaned each day, I would return to a horrible musty odor each time. Not sure if it was the supplies? Also they were a bit cheap when it came to how many towels they gave you. Cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet and they leave you a tiny rubbish bin which your hands need to touch. Didn't seem sanitary. My room and the hallways look like an insane asylum (everything was grey and very minimal) and the walls are very thin as well. You hear every outside conversation and people rolling their luggage. Would I stay here again? Maybe.

We stayed in room 105 for a week and it was a large room, the facilities are average nothing to get excited about. It was a tad noisy during the day as you are right on the main road through the city. The breakfast was amazing, and the location the same. It looks like it used to be an office building and has been converted,.

Location is fantastic, breakfast is good. That's the only positives.Now court they're reality - the rooms are not what we expected. Not at all like the photos and descriptions. Old and tired, the fan in the toilet does not work, the powerpoint is falling out of the wall. Beds are horrible. A topper onto of, I don't know what! And they call this sbed Pillows like sandbags. Bathroom - no words, patchy jobs, mouldy. ! Remote control to the TV was not working. You would think that the 2 rooms that were booked would be next to each other. We have 2 young children in their own room who were given a room at the other end of the floor. This is not good enough! No coffee/tea facilities in the room and the restaurant with the coffee maker was switched off despite being told this would be available. TV the size of a laptop!Another positive was the young lady at the front desk who tried her best to help us out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
