    Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

    Mattresses are super old and worn out. Huge bumps. Very uncomfortable.Doors do not seal all the way. So you will hear every single thing on that floor and surrounding rooms.From as early as 0750, every day there are drills, hammers, and all kind of construction noise going on. So expect no sleep. No rest. From 0800 you will be woken wether you like it or not.No sockets near the bed. You have in bathroom one, outside bathroom and one near the table opposite bed. So charging your devices is annoying.Rooms are dated. Definitely needs to be refurbished.Elevator is historic.Little fridge kept leaking water inside.

    Where should I start; The mattresses were very hard, cleanliness was questionable (evident from the fact that we saw a centipede and further buttressed from our sighting of insects in our room), and our towels were not changed even though cleaning service came to our room and clearly saw how they were extremely wet after a whole day of usage. At the same time, the breakfast variety was mediocre at best.Furthermore, why does a hotel in Thessaloniki have pictures of Athenian landmarks in its rooms? Imagine if a Real Madrid fan went to Camp Nou wearing a Real jersey. Also, the walls are discolored severely, which makes for bad aesthetics.Lastly, the only positive aspect of our stay was the relatively helpful staff.

    the hotel located in a nice area and is very clean the facilities are quite good but the breakfast is so basic the staff was very helpful and friendly there is free parking place around and safe good choice

    For the price of this hotel I was very impressed. The room was large with a couch, robe, slippers, 2 TV’s and a wrap around balcony. The price also included buffet breakfast which, for the price, was adequate. It is only a few mins walk to shops and restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience.

    A Panorama hotel without internet connection...

    If you do not need internet connection or if you don't mind the breakfast you can stay at this hotel!!!! 10 years ago i could use wifi at 3 star hotel but in 2022 it is impossible to use wifi here. Staff is ok. Breakfast is really poor even i do not eat so much.
