Stop Over Hotel
08 Nov 2025
Road trip going to Athens lead us to this hotel in Thessaloniki . Very basic , but somehow functional. Location walkable to city centre. Several shops and convenience store outside . Tv and bathroom not the top notch type . We had breakfast and dinner there and food selection and quality quite tasty. Special thanks for giving our breakfast time set an hour earlier since we need to depart hastily.

Really good

The rooms are very clean and spacious, as well as comfortable. The place is in the neighbourhood so the views aren’t great, but it’s close to the centre. The food is good, and the service as well. I’d totally recommend and I think it’s perfect for a short stay, especially if you’re on a longer trip across Greece or such, also great if you want to visit the city.

Splendid hotel, clean and with top level service. They helped in an extraordinary situation reg. rental car and also offered a food bag on departure day (at 5:30 am). Breakfest is minimal. In total very recommendable.

Value for money - excellent location
10 Jul 2021
Very clean, excellent location. We paid 80 euro for a room including breakfast, which was a great price for three beds, a family with a child of 11. I would recommend to improve breakfast a little bit and to modernize the rooms. The air conditioning was placed too close to the bed and we needed to switch it on and off the entire night.

Worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed
17 Feb 2020
This was the worst experience I have ever had in a 4star hotel. We had booked a two night stay. Because we had a complication on our trip, we had to skip the first night and only stay in the second night. On our arrival we were not greeted by the receptionist that ignored our presence even though reception was empty until I said we would like to check in. He asked the name of the reservation and one ID. After a few moments, he threw a key to the counter and said the room number and kept on going with his affairs. I had to question the breakfast times and location. We arrived to the room and went to have a shower. When I got out of the shower I found two dirty towels hanging behind the door which were not ours. I called reception and the same receptionist answered. I explained the situation and he asked me if I wanted more clean towels. I tried to explain that there were dirty towels in a clean room and he said "yeah, yeah. My colleague will go to collect them now. Bye." this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. The electrical boards were open which is not safe at all. The safe didn't work but we did not need it so it was fine. We experienced heavy shouting and doors banging and people singing loud on the corridors. Breakfast room is not practical at all and is difficult to move around and there's not as much choice as you would expect in a 4 star hotel. We felt deceived by the pictures online and completely robbed given the service provided. I don't recommend this at all.
