    We had a nice renovated room, not overlooking the street. The location is great. near the metro station, but also it is walking distance to all of Thessaloniki sites.In the room there is a small fridge, and a small balcony. It was clean. The breakfast was good, and I like that they do their best to prevent food waist.

    3 and a half would be more realistic Huge hotel, ptofessional receptionists. If the room is free and you are a loyal guest, you can get early check in and late check out. The rooms are refreshed, modern. Brealfast very good but not self-self service. No safe box and kettle in the room but there is on the reception.

    The hotel is in a good spot, but the lifts are small and often crowded. I had to carry my luggage up three floors because it eas a big line for the elevators, which was challenging given my thoracic polydiscopathy.My room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds that kept me warm at night. The air conditioning worked well, but the chairs were uncomfortable. The shower was a bit small, but the water pressure and hot water were excellent. Unfortunately, there was no kettle for making coffee.The view wasn't great, and I noticed some mosquitoes. The hallway doors looked a bit odd, but my room was fine.Breakfast was decent. I liked that we couldn't take food freely, which helped with crowding. I got there early, so I didn’t have to wait long, but I heard others complaining about long lines.The staff were friendly and helpful, and they had city maps available at the reception. The internet connection was also decent.Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. I would recommend it and would consider staying here again on my next trip to Thessaloniki.

    Dirty room, rude staff. In the room we found grass growing out of the cabinet, not to mention the fact that we found dirty women’s underwear next to the bedside cabin when we arrived to the room. Another thing to mention is the smell that came from the room, absolutely disgusting, will not be staying here again.

    This time they got new (wooden) floor and tv sets. I got free late check out and kettle on the reception. Noise from early morning, workers are loud, bad isolation. Walls and toilete damaged. Good breakfast but still like in pandemic, not self service
