We stayed at another hotel within this group and really enjoyed it, so this time we tried the 3" Altura. It was really good! On arrival (first impressions) was a warm welcome, and invitation for lunch before checking in, and a swift but efficient service. The room was not bad at all....not glamorous but clean and tidy given that it's time for an update. What impressed us was that the management take a zero tolerance view on bad behaviour, and we witnessed a rather loutish group being given a professional, friendly but stern warning to behave, basically it's our way, or the highway.....and they behaved after that. Well done management. Food ok to good, beer and wine very nice indeed! Next year I'm off to Kos, already booked, but I'll be back here in 2028

Me and my partner stopped at the Altura for 1 week and we couldn’t knock it , the room was clean the staff was super friendly and the pools are great and you can use inflatables in the main pool and I’m sure you can in adult only too , food there was always something to eat if your fussy like fries spaghetti or rice as well as something to go with it failing that fresh breads and salads , drink were standard all inclusive local spirits but all tasted nice still , the location was great we was slightly on a hill but it was only slightly and maybe a 3 minute walk from the Main Street and 5-10 minutes from the beach , the town is beautiful and we had the most amazing time , thank you again Altura ????????

*????? Altura Hotel, Tsilivi - Our Home From Home*We’ve just got back from our 3rd year in a row at Altura Hotel in Tsilivi, and we’ve already booked for next year. That says it all!Yes, it may be listed as a 3 star hotel, but the service, warmth and care you get here is absolutely 5 star. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Every corner feels fresh and cared for, and you can tell so much pride goes into it.The staff genuinely can’t do enough for you. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they make you feel like part of the family from day one. A special shoutout to Maria, the owner, who goes above and beyond. Her hospitality is what makes Altura so special.We first came in 2024 and fell in love. It draws you back. After another fabulous 2 weeks this year, it really does feel like a home from home. You arrive as guests and leave as friends.If you want friendly service, a clean and comfortable base, and that “can’t wait to come back” feeling, book Altura. This is our 4th visit booked and I already can’t wait!Thank you to Maria and all the team for making our holidays so memorable ??

We stayed at The Altura from 20th August to 27th travelling as a family of three. I booked the holiday really late so wasn’t left with much choice so went with this one. Now I will always give a totally honest review, we have travelled extensively across Europe and USA, stopped at various 4 & 5 star hotels. Well this isn’t any of those but I think it offers great value depending on what your expectations are.Firstly I’ve never been to an All Inclusive where it doesn’t get repetitive at some point, it’s a cycled menu that is mixed and match to offer variety. The restaurant area was small with plenty of seating, it was never too busy and the hotel was fully booked, the food counters were small but it represents the size of the hotel which is very small in comparison to others.The food was of good quality, salads, fruits, veg, meats and apart from one day I always found something healthy to eat, breakfasts were standard.Plenty of tea, coffee etc and wine and beer on tap to help yourself.We had the last room available which was a small family room, it was small but enough for us as we were out a lot. Importantly it was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned meticulously to the point where I had to leave the lovely cleaner a tip, excellent service, fresh towels and linen each day without fail. The pool area is lovely too, the ground floor family pool has plenty of beds all with thick matting on so very comfy. There’s always plenty free and not one day did we have to get up early to secure a bed, we wandered down about 9 each day and it wqs fine. There’s also an adults pool on the 1st floor overlooking the ground floor pool, this is also very nice and teenagers not running around were welcome here.Staff were friendly and helpful, safety deposit box for a refundable deposit was perfect. Entertainment was ok, probably an area where it could improve but the two ladies were also lovely, was more an evening team.Tsilivi is absolutely beautiful and the hotel is a 1 minute walk to the start of the bars etc. We ate out a couple of nights, you must try Archontikon if you get chance, delicious food but the restaurant choices are plenty.The beach is just a 15 minute walk through the bars, restaurants, shops and is also nice, bars and restaurants there too.They the Seasky wine bar & restaurant on the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets as you have food or a drink, views are amazing.I love Greece but Tsilivi has stolen my heart after this trip and we will definitely be returning in the future.In summary, a small boutique type hotel, definitely worth booking but maybe expect to eat out a night or two.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel! The pool is really nice and has such a chill, relaxing vibe. The entertainment team are such lovely girls and were brilliant at keeping everyone entertained. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Victoria on reception, who was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend! ??
