Having read some reviews before coming , there were so many that now having been didn’t make sense.. we have stayed here for a week in a My Favorite club room with access to the infinity pools and some other benifits for a minimal increase to cost. The staff are amazing at all levels and so nice. The adult only hotel works well here , the sea is accessible altho via a drop off and once in was fairly shallow a long way out , when rough it’s not advisable tho. The pools were well maintained seeing the team check the water quality regularly . The food in the buffet is many choices and it does vary day by day so you will not be bored with when choices and the desserts are amazing. Having also used the spa massage ( the Cretan 75 min) the massage by the professional was so relaxing and nothing was rushed. Over all I can not fault the hotel at all. My only advice , if you book shared airport transfers they can pick you up far too early for the return , meaning you are at the airport for far too long; and booking a trip with reception via Abba tours , make sure they communicate well and don’t forget to pick you up :) .. over all many had said this was a little dated , but after a week I would disagree and say it’s exactly for anyone wanting to just sit and relax and get away from it all. Things are not so close to the hotel so it’s either taxis or hire a car etc , but the hotel itself is exactly what it was meant to be. We would definately come again .. for a week’s break. Kefolonia is a ferry away also. For a day trip. To see 2 Greek islands on one vacation.

This was a return for us, having visited previously a couple of years ago. We booked (as we did then) the My Favourite swim up room, which largely reflects our review - the holiday is worth alone the view from the room that looks from the infinity pool across to the Ionian sea. Food is hit and miss, but there's always something to eat. Having the dedicated 'Fancy bar' is great in being only a few steps from a latte or a drink - but the key here is Joanna, who made our holiday full of laughs and smiles. Lovely holiday at great hotel

Thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Hotel very clean and fresh.Food was fantastic great choices and well presented.Room was nice and view out to sea was Amazing.Entertainment day & night very enjoyable. A la carte visit was great and a lovely bonus.All staff were an absolute credit to the hotel.If we return to Zante will be back here.
