The resort is nice and clean, though older; it is suitable for a quiet holiday for undemanding guests.The hotel is suitable for older guests and has elevators.The bathrooms are clean but do not have hair dryers.Air conditioning and a safe are available for an additional fee.The pool is smaller.The sea is clean and warm, with a gradual entry. The sandy beach is located right next to the hotel.The staff is friendly.The food and drinks were tasty, and the food was fresh.The hotel is situated away from the bustling center. There are bars and clubs along the beach, and fireworks can be seen at night.

Catastrophic experience Stayed one night during flight cancellation with tui Small boiling room with good size terrace Spectacular sea view and that's all First generation air-conditioning , solid concrete beds , not a great bathroom. Very poor breakfast Wondering how on earth this establishment has four stars I highly recommend this hotel !

Cons:The staff is very unfriendly, and the receptionist never greets guests.The room furnishings are completely unacceptable and heavily worn out.The bathroom is in terrible condition (broken sink, dirty and stained bathtub).The food selection is extremely poor, and none of the dishes had any names or labels written on them.Max 2 stars.

I wouldn't book with loveholidays ever again! - We arrived in Greece and our hotel wasn't even open. Alternative hotel of Astir Palace was arranged but it was a pull out bed, our all-inclusive package was a joke, snack bar not stocked, not open the first few days, not open the hours advertised. Food was cold, uncovered and that low quality we ate/drank elsewhere all week. Handed back our all-inclusive wristbands. Cleaners cleaning rooms at 7am which was the equivalent of 5am Irish time. Never got a rest all holiday. They Offered us €100 voucher after paying €1750 for the Drinks/food package. Don't want to know you when you have any problems.

Room felt stuck in the 1980s, with outdated furniture. Shower water was salty, bathroom had no window and the fan didn’t work. Internet was down, parking was tiny, breakfast was the worst I’ve seen, and thin walls made every noise from other rooms impossible to ignore. Not worth the stay.
