  fabulous hotel for first time visiting Zante with Makns there as an amazing hospitality host

  PRO'S- great location if you want to go into laganas main strip- comfy sun loungers - room clean, great size, comfortable beds, fridge, tv, kettle, teas coffees also stocked with great freebies, (shower caps, razor toothbrush etc) and welcome gift. - hotel spotlessly clean and modern having been renovated recently- food amazing and huge portions breakfast great variety. - sport on tv- staff very friendly, must give a special mention to Makns in hospitality who 100% made our experience amazing, he was welcoming from day 1, friendly and happy to assist in whatever we needed to make our stay pleasant, from arranging our taxi's, to giving directions to places and providing local knowledge, making sure we were kept hydrated in the heat and checking in regularly to see if he could be of any assistance. thank you very much Makns you made our stay truly memorable and we will come back to visit again. - given wrist bands to identify guests to prevent anyone coming into hotel at night made us feel safe - great size pool however it was freeeeeezing! CON'S- little design flaw bathroom is like a wet room so when having a shower the toilet & floor gets soaked.- hotel does not take cash, I also feel the staff miss out on tips this way. - having to check in online yourself upon arrival when it was just 2 couple that arrived and there was a person at reception I wasn't too keen on this but i'm sure they have there reasons. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Laganas its perfect location, and feels that little bit more luxurious then some of the others near by.

  Little gem of a hotel

  We booked this last minute with Easyjet holidays and got a promo deluxe double room. I hadn't for once Googled the area we were staying in and was a bit shocked to see that Laganas is the party spot of Zante. Luckily it was early season and quite quiet and the hotel is a little walk away from the 'strip'. We were able to walk to quieter bars/restaurants in the front.The hotel staff seem so proud of their hotel, they are all so polite na helpful never been to a hotel where the staff are so attentive. The hotel is immaculate, so clean and the pride they take in it is obvious. The pool was lovely and clean and we enjoyed a swim or two, whilst relaxing in the very comfortabke sun loungers.Breakfast was adequate, I am cow's milk free and vegetarian and the feta cheese at breakfast was very welcome. When I asked for plant milk they got me some almond milk. Non dairy yogurt would be a welcome option if offered. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the food did look and smell good.For what we paid we were very happy with our stay, we only stayed three days and were blessed with good weather.The only cons are, that whilst we had a fantastic terrace and mountain view due to the age of people the area attracts we were woken many a time during the night from people making noise outside on the road around 3/4am on two nights. Check in is at 2, we arrived around 1 and got told check in is at 2, which was fine, but it came to 2 and are room wasn't ready and we has to wait another 20 mins or so before we could access it which seeing we we'd been awake travelling since 4am we just wanted to get in our room and change.For checkout day the hotel has great facilities if you are leaving later, with a luggage storage room downstairs and showers and changing rooms guests can access, which were welcome.As we are used to more Spanish prices when abroad we were surprised how much more expensive Zante was than the Canaries, we ordered a beer and a bacardi and coke in the hotel and it cost 16.50 euros, there is a small pool bar at Vican apartments opposite which do a good mix of food and drinks were much more reasonably priced, so we did pop in there a few times.That said, the hotel really made our holiday and whilst Laganas isn't really our kknd of place, the beach isn't really thekind of beach you take your towel down to and go chill and the louder bars etc aren't us, we did find some little charms, Camos Island, the 4in 1 boat trip and getting to swim in the sea made for an enjoyable few days and we said if ever the option we would return for a short break if we stayed at Atlantis again.

  The hotel fully lived up to our expectations. A special thanks to the hotel manager, Makis, who was exceptionally helpful. He went above and beyond anything we could have dreamed of to make our holiday unforgettable. We will never forget him. We highly recommend this wonderful place because of him and his amazing hospitality.

  We visited the Atlantis hotel Laganas Zante last year in october 2025 Absolutely gorgeous views we were all so impressed with the hotel we booked again this year in May 6th 2026 for 7 nights. Again he rooms were spotless & cleaned everday with fresh bedding & fresh towels. The rooms are equiped with a free safe, hairdryer,kettle,exspresso machine , fridge hand soap,shower wash. also aircon .The staff are fantastic maria and the young lady from reception greeted us everyday with good morning and lovely smiles. the bar/restaurtant in the eveing was the best with the bar man who made us cocktails, and the assistant manager who made us his own special cocktails [Awesome }. All staff were so lovely and professional nothing was to much trouble , we were treated like family,Breakfast wash fresh with plenty of choice of hot and cold , Emily who served us was lovely so sweet with a huge smile all drinks and food served throughout the day was fantastic and plenty off, it was a very chilled week in the sun spending time by the pool plenty of sunbeds.The hotel is situated in a quiet part of laganas but close enough 15/10 mins walk to the main strip to the resturants shops and Laganas Beach,The hotel has 2 little shops either side and a ATM and laundrette. free parking opposite the hotelThe Manger Markis wasnt sure if he swould reconise us from last year but he did, Markis is awesome and the best always chatting the hotel is a credit to you see you soon love maria, stu, elliott😍😁👌

  A beautiful hotel very clean and staff are very helpful. Would definitely go back. The food is nice. Everyone works so hard to keep the hotel looking great.
