This apartment hotel is situated in a quiet location yet within 200 metres of the beach. It is just 400 metres from the main shopping and entertainment areas of Laganas, the most popular and cosmopolitan resort of the island of Zakynthos. The wide, sandy beach of Laganas is one of the largest in Greece and offers shallow waters, perfect for children. The centre of Laganas is 800 metres away and it is 1.5 km from Kalamaki. Zakynthos International Airport is just 6 km from the property.

Facility

89 rooms, including 5 apartments, 81 studios and 2 single rooms, are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and 4 auxiliary buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough!!!!! From the location to the staff & atmosphere . We were treated like family, a special shoutout to George , Anais , Jimmy & Sprios. If you needed anything they would sort it out for you straight away. We have honestly made friends for life & will 100% be booking again next year! If you’re thinking of booking DO IT!!! Very clean & located right next to the beach & the strip. We went on an amazing boat trip all sorted from George at the hotel & would 100% recommend to go on to see the unreal views!! Thanks again all the staff at the Canadian 🫶🏼

    We unfortunately had to make a flying visit to the island for the funeral of a dear friend. I booked the Canadian last minute and got an excellent deal on the room. We were situated in the older rooms at the back of the Canadian but the room was spotless, very well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. The Savvy restaurant serves incredible food, especially the pork gyros- 10/10. An extra special shout out to George and his team who made a sad occasion better by looking after us with great care and consideration. We cannot wait to visit the island again soon for a holiday and we will be heading straight to the bar at the Canadian for a cocktail when we arrive.     Beautiful hotel and staff , photos do not do it justice . Stayed in a stunning room 101 by pool . George is absolutely amazing and runs a tight ship . He is always around and on hand and super happy to help . Restaurant food was amazing too . Cant fault this hotel .
