This has to be the best holiday we have ever had, .great location, wonderful staff, incredible food the best we have ever tasted, so sad we couldn't say goodbye to Spiros, an true gentleman in every way.Could you possibly send us some photos of the Olive harvest on last Thursday 8th October please ?I have attached a photo of Spiros which he asked us to send to him. We stayed for a week at the Castelli Hotel, and overall we had an absolutely amazing holiday. The food was absolutely gorgeous every meal, every day. Huge variety of food, which was a huge bonus, never the same. The A la Carte was immensely nice. Met some fantastic people there, who we have made great friends with within our short stay. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite, apart from a handful of the gentlemen who worked there, and one of the cleaning staff, but nothing major. The 4 stars due to absolutely freezing cold pool no heating. The door on our room doesn’t fully shut unless you slam it or FORCE it shut, this can’t be helped but there were wasps ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE. Not their fault but was just something in our experience that affected our rating.

Sad to say the food weren’t very good same old food every day and every night the alcohol was awful. The place looked a bit scruffy. The standards have slipped the beaches down the road in the sea with dirty full of cans condoms underpants socks won’t be coming back, sad to say very scruffy place now.

Had a lovely 4 day break. Family hotel, reception team fantastic, always happy to help n gave us excellent recommendations for a restaurant for dinner.Rooms clean, comfortable, swim up room was a bonus and enjoyed the relaxed vibe. Easy to walk to beach, bars, marina.Buffet breakfast, lunch n dinners were all good with plenty of variety.
