    Elegant and restful

    rating15 Oct 2026

Outstanding service from Prosecco on arrival and check in followed by staff leading us to our room and pointing out facilities at the hotel. Room was sufficiently large for two adults and a small balcony with a drying rack was useful for towels and swimwear. Room was cleaned and towels replaced every day by the attentive Valentinya, even when we tried to be environmentally conscious and wished to use towels more than one day.Breakfast buffet was extensive and frequently restocked between 07:00 and 10:30.Always welcomed to the restaurant and escorted to a table, a particular “shout out” to Anastasia who meets everyone with the broadest smile.I used the Spa and had a full body Cretan massage - I thoroughly recommend to help destress. Many restaurants within a 2- 10 minute walk from the hotel some most we were happy to revisit.

    perfect hotel

    rating09 Oct 2026

Stunning hotel our room was amazing. The cleaning staff work so hard and our room was always perfect. The staff in the restaurant were great but Maria was just amazing, couldn't do enough for you. Thank you Maria, overall the staff throughout the hotel were all extremely helpful. Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the evening meals… they were usually just warm and we found the fries to be cold. Would we go back yes but bed and breakfast. Lots of places to eat outside the hotel. Panagiotis Karavatas, General Manager at Contessina Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for your detailed review and for your perfect rating. We are delighted that your room was so well cared for throughout your stay, and that Maria and the rest of our team went above and beyond to help you. We will be sure to pass your thanks on to Maria. We are sorry to hear that some of the evening meals did not meet your expectations, and we will share this feedback with our kitchen team so we can keep improving. We are glad you still found so much to enjoy, including the many dining options nearby. We hope to welcome you back to Contessina Hotel again soon.Warm regards,Panagiotis KaravatasGeneral ManagerContessina Collection

    Magic late summer break.

Travelled to this hotel in Zante. Both the hotel and their staff were first class. Our room was just right and serviced each day with great attention to detail. We ate twice with their featured menus in the hotel. Both menus were totally different and were the best of haute cuisine. A big round of applause two staff members who made our stay memorable are Anastasia and Eve.
