This hotel enjoys a superb location, in one of the finest and most cosmopolitan areas of Zakynthos, surrounded by palm trees and colourful gardens. It is situated only 3 km from Zakynthos town and moments from the finest beaches on the island. For those who like to get out and about, the charming area of Argassi is well worth a visit.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2022. The hotel has a lift and features 120 non-smoking rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a car hire service, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel doctor. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Air conditioning (for a fee) and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. An additional fee is charged for children's beds. There is also a safe and a minibar for an additional fee. A mini fridge and a tea/coffee station are standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, satellite television, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 1 wheelchair-friendly room can be booked.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools (no extra charge), while children have a special swimming area just for them. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, darts and callisthenics or, for a fee, a gym, billiards and yoga. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments and aromatherapy, are offered for a fee. The hotel offers an entertainment programme for adults (no extra charge).

Meals

The hotel includes a lobby bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Special extras for all-inclusive holidaymakers include, for example, snacks and vegetarian dishes. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals, children's meals and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Great little hotel. Not too big and only 15 mins from the airport. We stayed 4 nights which was perfect. The staff are excellent and super accommodating; they were well prepared for later arrivals with some food in the fridge in the room for us.Overall the food in the buffet restaurant was fresh, varied and restocked regularly.2 pools, both spotless one aimed more for kids but it was half term so both were fairly kid-focussedEntertainment was limited but well intentioned. Bar service was fine but they could’ve done with another pair of hands (or left the self serve beer/wine taps in the restaurant open all evening).The wine was pretty sketchy but the beer (Minoan Era) and domestic spirits were fine. They were also happy to knock up mocktails for the kids too.The town itself is your standard tourist resort. Lots of souvenirs, tour operators and restaurants. There’s a nice little beach about 5 mins away which we went to regularly too. All in all - thoroughly good stay and pretty good value considering it was a reasonably late half-term booking.

    Diana Palace Hotel Well Worth A Stay

    We booked this fantastic hotel with our lovely travel agent Nadia. She offered us a great service booking our plane seats there and back, special assistance and private transfer there and back. The hotel was lovely, clean and well run. The hotel staff where very friendly helpful and approachable. No wonder families go back there year after year. The restaurant, the variety of foods, themed nights plus snacks and all inclusive drinks where good but no ice cream included in the all inclusive package. Entertainment and activities were great something to do in the morning, afternoon and evening for all the family. The pool was lovely there was even a separate pool and poolside bar for families with small children. Some of the rooms had their own swim up pools. The hotel had a gym and spa. Plus a great separate restaurant which had been theirs in the past but is now run by someone else but offering 20% discount off food bills to those staying at the hotel. Everything was local lots of tourist shops and other local restaurants and bars. The beach was shingle. We wanted a great hotel, short transfer time from the airport to the hotel, good food and pool days to relax, we got exactly that. I had read great reviews about the hotel before booking and watched YouTube videos of the hotel and Argassi resort. Wonderful time has by all 3 of us, we will come back to Diana Palace Hotel Argassi Zante. Thank you Nadia for arranging everything and giving us such a great price too.     Highly recommend Diana Palace. We absolutely love it there!!! It was our 3rd time going, and already booking to go again next year :) Comfortable and smart rooms, great food options / availability, and the perfect location near the coast, also surrounded by bars / tavernas if you want to have a change too. All the reception, waiting and cleaning staff continue to dazzle with professionalism and politeness, but some special shout outs to our main characters... Stathis manning the bar and bringing cheer and friendliness all the time. Roxana and Abra (the entertainment) keeping everyone busy and encouraging people to meet and mingle. Ian (excursions) massively helped us with a customised tour of the island (all while working remotely!) which was a brilliant day and set of experiences for us.
