  We've stayed here twice before but this was the best yet. Improvements have been made on the food for example but we've visited both times before in May at the start of the season so definitely see the difference towards the end of the season. Also evening entertainment is incredible now - the singers on an evening are absolutely 5 star! Prior there was only a dj once or twice but the live music is great. Nice to see familiar faces. Incredible place. Aesthetically pleasing, relaxing, quality. Worth the extra cost.Food and drink amazing.The staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. Privileged to have stayed here and treated so well. Drinks are all branded, amazing cocktails. A step above the rest within the same area. Thank you for looking after us. So clean, relaxing and secluded right on the beach and 10 mins away from bars and restaurants. Will definitely book again!

  We are currently on a Short 3 night break for my husband and me. The hotel is lovely, the staff are fabulous and we love our room. We pre booked some of the restaurants before we arrived all have been really good. We’ve wandered down for sunbeds at breakfast and always found some near the beach.   Perfection!

  Perfection from start to finish. We were greeted on arrival by Lenny and Wayne and the lovely lady on reception who checked us in. Took our cases to our suite and also took us to the door in a buggy. The suite was spacious and spotless with everything we needed and more.The whole experience was wonderful and o would highly recommend this hotel. Great lactation, great food, tasty cocktails and wonderful service. On the beach too. No pebbles just a shallow walk out in warm water for a swim. The added bonus of b er ing able to see where the turtles lay their eggs. If I had to search for something I’d say a bit of chilled music by the pool would be nice.

  Wonderful holiday

  Although, the Hotel is not quite a five star I had a five star holiday.ArrivalWe were asked to sit down and wait to be checked in, but the member of staff was taking far too long and so we just went to reception and were sorted straight away.RoomWe had booked a grand tropical nest room, this was bigger than expected as it was a connecting room and both rooms had small seating areas and a nice big patio with sunbeds. The mini bar was replenished every day but funnily enough we didn’t really use it, it would’ve been nice to have some juice cartons in the fridge rather than just fizzy drinks. The rooms were kept clean and I found to be perfectly adequate with space for everything.DrinksWe enjoyed the inclusive drinks around the resort but when we ordered the frozen cocktails, neither one was frozen.FoodThe buffet restaurant was one of the best we had been to for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was good with lots of choice but the cereals were like cardboard I’m afraid.The Italian didn’t quite hit the mark with everything tasting a little bit sweet but the Greek restaurant on the beach was amazing. We didn’t go to the Japanese but we did have a burger and that was nice.StaffAll of the staff were friendly, helpful and smiley.LocationAbsolutely great location on the beach, we saw some turtles which was really lovely. It was fabulous to be able to watch the sea but being right next to the swimming pool.PoolThe pool wasn’t particularly big, but because it was so hot, it was the perfect temperature and it wasn’t too busy as the children were back at school.All inclusiveSomething, that we raised with the Hotel was the fact that you do not need to wear wristbands which is fair enough but we did see people taking advantage of this who weren’t actually staying at the hotel, drinking lots of cocktails and going in the pool and using the sunbeds. We did raise this with the Hotel but we heard nothing about it. We also raised it with our holiday company Jet2 who again never informed us of any outcome. The reason we felt it was unfair as we were paying for somebody else to enjoy something that they hadn’t paid for.AtmosphereSome evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. It did look quite barren around the hotel and needed some more plants, et cetera. CleaningIn previous reviews people had mentioned that they hadn’t seen glasses being cleared from tables or tables being wiped but we saw this constantly. We also saw the area around the swimming pool being cleaned so I don’t know whether the reviews were incorrect or this had been rectified because of those reviews. CatsThere are lots of cats around the resort and we loved seeing them but there was one old cat who really looked quite poorly and was in pain. We mentioned this in reception and we felt that it needed some attention but they just seemed to think it was okay.OverallWe had a really lovely holiday and we would return there.
