  Had a lovely time at the Elanthi Apartments, we had a very large apartment on the first floor, Quite basic but spotlessly clean. For once everything in the apartment worked, The air conditioning was superb modern and quiet. Bathroom was spot on the shower was always hot and the shower screen didn't flood the floor unlike most Greek places.The cleaner popped in virtually everyday to do something and she changed the sheets and towels regularly. The kitchen was small and basic but we had everything we needed to make teas coffee and snacks. The owners Astopolis and Angela are a delightful couple nothing was every to much trouble for them. We needed a hire car and Ap rang someone to get us an automatic which arrived the next morning. They advised us on where to eat and pointed us in the direction of a local none tourist restaurant a mile or so away which was really nice.We decided to go into Zante town and he even gave us and other people lifts into the town dropping us off in the main square. Wouldnt even take petrol money.We had breakfast included and there was always a great supply of typical greek stuff, cakes croissants, cereals, tea coffee, juice. Angelas cakes were amazing and on a couple of occasions they even made us omelettes. Every night we always stopped for a glass of wine or a beer with them and they were very cheap drinks and his white wine was lovely.There is no pool but there is one opposite which they charge you five euros to use, however next door at the Dollas was also a lovely pool which is free if you buy a drink. The only downside to the place is its exactly 1.54 miles from the place to the nearest section of beach. Its down quite a busy road with no pavements which is poorly lit at night, But AP would always offer you a lift down if needed. We managed the walk several times as its pretty flat but a little crazy with the greek drivers, we had the car for most of the time so we just drove.Plenty of restaurants down on the strip and a couple of closer ones worth popping into. I would certainly stay here again, the owners are absolutely great hosts and nothing is to much trouble for them.

  Run by a truly lovely couple. Made to feel very welcome. Rooms very clean. Air conditioning a blessing. Location is nice and quiet. Highly recommend hiring a car as it’s quite a walk to the main stretch of restaurants and beach, along a busy road. If you prefer a quieter beach with some shade and no music recommend Keri beach, 25 min drive and it also offers boats to go turtle spotting.

  Very friendly hosts. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. When I had an issue it was dealt with very promptly with no fuss. Elanthi apartments are not in the most glamorous of locations, but they are affordable and well positioned to make the most of Zante. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Went to kalamaki for a friends wedding, not long since been away so wanted a budget friendly trip. The hotel is really clean and the owners are amazing, kind and attentive. Will definitely return

  Fabulous authentic apartments run by a very professional attentive couple ( thanks Angela/Ap for making our holiday fabulous). All very clean and breakfast was fresh and lovely. Location is beautiful but a little out of town but a reasonable 10 minute walk which was ok but the road is precarious and should not be walked after dark. Local pool bars offer local entertainment and a lift home so all good. Would definitely return, thanks again Angela and Ap for your hospitality and making us feel very welcome xx ??
