  Good Basic Hotel with great location

  Rooms are basic but clean. Bit of a lottery if you get a room with a view. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss. Stayed 5 nights but on two occasions hot foot available was scrambled egg , mushrooms and baked beans. Did have some more continental stuff available so you wont go hungry. The albatross bar 300 yards up the main street does a fantastic cooked breakfast for 11 euros including coffee or orange juice. Its the bar that has a swimming pool at the entrance.Hotel pool and bar are very good. Only 60 yards from the beach at the back. Maria is fantastic and the music around the pool is fantastic very varied.Hotel has a great location and all the staff are friendly Overall a good place to stay and has a nice relaxed atmosphere.

  This hotel is lovely staff are friendly Rooms are clean and comfortable There is a little fridge in the room which you can put bottles of water in Found out that you can higher a kettle from them If you want to have air con it’s €10 a night You can higher a safe that’s €5 a night The beach is a 3 minute walk turn left out the hotel and you will be there in no time But you have to pay around €15-20 to higher one but that is for 2 with an umbrellaBut if you keep walking you will come to a nice area where you can just put the towels downAnd you have shops and restaurants in the area all close by But we used the place next to the hotel fast GreekIt was lovely there I would definitely come again

  The breakfast was nasty beans was cold sausages wasn't eatable terrible prices for drinks round the pool had issue with are room told staff and they was so good at sorting out the issue very friendly receptionists

  Good experience at the Hotel Esperia, we came for 7 days, we had great rooms for this vacation. A lot of thanks to Yanis (Jon) who helped us with everything we needed while we stayed here, great personality and good guy. Overall it was everything fine, one problem which I have to say is that in the bathrooms sometimes some cockroaches appeard, but in rest I recommend this hotel if you want to stay for this amazing island.

  Excellent stay here. We come first week of September, the strip was slowly closing down which we didn’t mind so much as not a party couple. Noise was minimal to none. We was lucky enough to be placed in the backend of the hotel overlooking a courtyard type area on the second floor so heard nothing of the strip. It’s literally a 30 second walk to the beach which was lovely. Up the other end, you’re basically situation on the border of the strip, following up to Kalimaki Road where you’ll find your karaoke bars, tribute bars and tavernas (no more than a 10 minute walk) The pool area was lovely, not tons of of beds but enough of this time of year, there also a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the day. Breakfast; we don’t do every day but when we did, it was delicious! Basic in regards to hot is only sausage, egg and beans but a larger amount of continental, but as above, satisfied. Staff; a special shoutout to Nicole and John. Both extremely welcoming and even knew our room number after only the first day! It’s the personal touches which has made us want to rebook for next year! Rooms; the beds were extremely comfortable, the shower satisfying. We had quite a large balcony/terrace in our room. Housekeeping very polite. Always say good morning. Although on check out day we’re tapping at the door at 0930 (check out 1100) but naturally they have a job to do so wouldn’t hold it against them in the slightest. One final note; you leave your keys with the reception desk as you leave, not a massive deal and the doors are usually locked so have to call the bell upon arrival but desk is 24/7. Thanks so much to the whole hotel team for our lovely stay! We was dubious staying here with it being at the bottom end of the strip but we had no issues. However I would say, maybe in July/August it may be a different story.
