Very Disappointing Stay – Will Not Be ReturningI’m not really sure where to start with this review, as there were so many issues during our stay.On arrival, I expected to pay the tourist tax, which was absolutely fine. However, the hotel staff would not proceed with anything until it had been paid, and it had to be paid in cash. This was not explained beforehand, so it was an unexpected inconvenience.I was then informed that air conditioning would cost an additional €10 per day, which I also felt should have been made clear in advance.The staff provided very little information about the hotel. There was no tour of the facilities or explanation of what was available. It was only on our last day that we discovered there was another swimming pool and a shower in the gym, neither of which we had been told about or knew how to find.Food: We ended up eating out on most days because the food available at the hotel was so limited and repetitive. I appreciate that it was the end of the season and there may not have been many guests, but that is no excuse for such a poor choice of food.Room: The water was cold in the mornings and only seemed to get hot in the afternoons. The shower head repeatedly fell out of its holder, sometimes falling onto our heads and spraying water all over the bathroom. We also had issues with mosquitoes coming up through the bathroom drains.To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell in the room that became increasingly worse as the days went on. I mentioned this to the cleaner, who explained that there had recently been a storm and that the hotel was in the process of cleaning the drains. However, the smell was extremely unpleasant and, to me, resembled something rotting.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the unexpected additional costs, lack of information from staff, poor food selection and numerous problems with the room, the stay fell well below expectations.Unfortunately, I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it based on my experience.

Kaira was fantastic the best receptionist I’ve ever had. She couldn’t do enough for us and went above and beyond to help us at every opportunity. She’s a credit to the hotel and a credit to herself!!

Hotel looked good on arrival. Lift was out of action most of time.The room was a good size. Toilet was to low, & a wonky seat.most of the light bulbs in the room didn't work.Had to ask the maid for clean towels as they hadn't been changed for three days. Also had to ask for more toilet paper.The restaurant food was really poor quality.cheap cuts of meat. Every day same menu. Nothing for vegetarians or for children. No puddings, or ice cream. This was the worst all-inclusive restaurant I have ever eaten in.The pool area was very dirty & dangerous for children. The ladder to get in the pool was loose. Edges of the pool were sharp, & unfinished. Pool was dirty, with no chlorine added. We were there for one week & never saw anyone clean the pool. Also they didn't have a life guard.Hotel had a dog running around the hotel restaurant, & laying on hotel sofas, which I thought was very unhygienic.Cocktails were made up by a machine, & watered down.This hotel was advertised as four star rating. I would say it was a two star by English rating.

Was a great experience had a great hoilday a close walk to the stop plenty of sun lounger when going down to the pool we went out for food as all inclusive is mostly Greek food but was amazing
