  Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. Our stay here from 31/08/2026 was an absolute nightmare, characterized by severe misrepresentation, structural neglect, and active health hazards. The photos advertised online are a complete fabrication; the booking platforms display pictures of three entirely different, premium interior/exterior decors with vibrant finishes and modern furniture. In reality, the building is white, completely run-down, and filled with mismatched, rusted furniture. When I confronted the hotel manager, he openly admitted that the website pictures are exclusively of "Superior Rooms," meaning they are using a deceptive bait-and-switch tactic to dump paying guests into horrific budget rooms that have zero visual representation online.Worse than the aesthetic deception is the fact that this property is unsafe and structurally dangerous. We discovered live, exposed electrical wires sticking straight out inside the shower unit, and light fixtures throughout the bedroom were literally taped together. The room was plagued by severe mold, and the bathroom fittings (including the toilet and sink) were unstable and wobbly. Outside, there were safety rails missing from around the swimming pool, erratic pool opening times, and no lifeguard on duty.To top it all off, the promised amenities were broken or non-existent; the football table was missing entirely, the pool table was permanently jammed and missing its white ball, and the provided breakfast was cheap, unappetizing frozen junk. When we demanded a room change due to these hazardous conditions, management completely refused to help us, forcing us to remain in an unsafe environment for the first two nights. This hotel is a fraudulent, dangerous operation. I have taken extensive photos of the taped wiring, mold, and broken facilities, and I am formally reporting this establishment to international health, safety, and travel regulators. Save your money and your safety—stay anywhere else!

  Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was not comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were poorly designed. When using the shower, the water would flow out into the corridor, which was very inconvenient and created a mess. The food was also not very good, with very limited choices and the same dishes being repeated almost every day. Overall, there was very little variety and many aspects of the hotel were below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

  Ikaros Hotel is out dated & need lot of of TLC . Room are small & out dated.It seem like the management has falling out of love with his own place . cleaning of the room are okay but not the shower area as was not cleaned , Food & drink Advertised as all inclusive on the web cite of tour operator but what you receive No snack bar included in the price of all inclusive unless you willing to pay menu price limited choice of breakfast on offer with burnt coffee .Same at lunch time was just limited .Evening meal was just awful .The cook has lost his way serving that slop,Bar On offer was beer , wine, soft drinks No cocktails No spirts avalaba Failing of tour operator are Management ?

  Basic food breakfast not English you have a choice of two eggs during the morning I just scrambled egg or fried egg and boiled egg or exclusive gives you beer lager pop wine if you want cocktails forget it you have to pay for them the exclusive hotel the most worst hotel I’ve ever been to never go againCouldn’t find a lift anywhere so you are the top floor in the basement. It’s a walk knocking out a picture cause the picture is what you see our lies.

  Terrible experience they give you dog food to eat the all inclusive thing was terrible and disgusting they cook the same meal for 3 days and give it to you dirty food the beers and everything about drinking was terrible too we drinkt 20 beers they say the beers have alcohol but it was just terrible.DONT DRINK ANYTHING .The beds dirty everything about the place was trash just save your money worst experience of my life.
