  Nice hotel Staff questionable

  Iniohos had great facilities meeting what we needed an excellent location but lacked in staff manner a hello doesn’t take much effort however everyone lacked this except the lady cleaning the room 300 block. Had a nice pool and sea view balcony and was slightly short of deck chairs. It still had everything we wanted. It was within 1 minutes of Apollo which was ideal for a stop for food and was always busy. Reception was poor enough lack of friendliness and helpfulness of the fact there were elevators really didn’t look good. Pool bar is a rip off 2 diet cokes and a water was 10€. Safety deposit box we were given a code however it was a key we needed and everytime we went to reception we were told I’ll ask someone else passing the ball on essentially. Someone on the ground floor had a small pool which was empty which looked bad however I’m sure you’d feel like a fool rocking up and not having it or having a half finished room. Finally the lovely cleaning lady in rooms 300 up had a sense of humour despite having no English. This really reflected on the place however we did enjoy argassi and would stay again there expect we’d look for other accommodation.

  A lovely hidden gem

  I can't rate this hotel highly enough. We had booked a very popular hotel in Argassi and noticed the rooms looked very dated so decided to look for an alternative and this is when we came across Iniohos and what a find! The hotel rooms are amazing and tastefully decorated with ambient lighting and modern clean lines, the bed was super comfortable too. Kept very clean too. The pool area is very relaxing with a very chilled out vibe. There is a bar (closed on a Sunday). This hotel has bags of character. The normal check out time is a generous 12pm and they do not offer a late check out for those with perhaps later flights but there is an area to store your luggage and showers to freshen up etc... We will definitely be booking this hotel again as are friends of mine having seen my pictures.

  More than 3 star, and great location and room

  We have just returned from a week here in one of the first floor rooms, called a junior suite. Room was cleaned daily, all of the staff were friendly and polite. Eager to help when asked. There were always sun beds available during our stay, even though hotel was fully booked. Beach towels/pool towels available at 10 euro deposit per towel. So no need to take your own. Safe was provided free of charge in room. Location just on the outskirts of the main restaurants and shops was perfect, all still easy walking distance. Also great base to see rest of Zante from and some excellent beaches at this end of the island too. For a 3 star, it was more than adequate and was at the top end of it too.Another nice touch is having a freezer as well as fridge in room, so water bottles can be frozen to use in cool bag as ice blocks when out for the day. Zircon worked perfectly and had no problems at all. Bar closed for 1 day, but taverna apologies allowed food and drink to be taken out and had at poolside if you wanted to. They also did the best gyros around, and we tried quite a few.

  I was extremely disappointed with Iniohos Zante Hotel & Suites and I would not recommend anyone to visit this accommodation. If they place you in the back building you might as well change hotels. Another reason they are getting 1 star instead of 2 is the attitude of the staff behind the front desk during our stay. On our first night when confronting the front desk agent about extra pillows, (there were only 2) I was made fun of by the worker for wanting more. They did eventually bring out 1 pillow but at this point I felt bad for even asking and it seemed like a huge inconvenience to them to get us an extra pillow. This was only the beginning…In the room we were placed, in building 300 (in the back) our air conditioning was broken on the first night, and our hot water did not function the entire stay. When we went up to the front desk the next morning kindly asking to swap rooms, another rude man immediately confronted us “how cold do you need the room, 3 celsius, 2 celsius do you know how to work an AC unit?!” He then came with us to the room to see for himself. (During his time troubleshooting the AC he accused us of putting it on heat mode all night while he struggled to press the buttons). After he came to realize the ac unit did not work when he tried it either he decided to have a maintenance technician come to the room. Another issue was the hot water not working and the same rude man acknowledged this was another problem but instead of fixing the issue (or swapping rooms like we asked) they just claimed they “fixed” the hot water and didn’t actually repair it. After being so rudely spoken to by the workers at the desk, and in lieu of avoiding a full blown confrontation with the front desk agents we decided to just get over this issue and take cold showers throughout our stay. The sad thing is that most 2 star hotels in the U.S. atleast have working hot water, working AC, more than 2 pillows, and hospitable workers, but yet somehow this place has 4 stars. I have noticed that the owner responds to most bad reviews here on Google with very negative responses, so if they respond to this one it is a perfect example of what I am talking about. Please avoid this hotel, it is all a show and only looks good in pictures.

  Fantastic Stay at Iniochos Hotel!

  We had an amazing experience at Iniochos Hotel! The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms that made our stay truly memorable.The pool was absolutely fantastic and a highlight of our stay. It was well-maintained, and we enjoyed every moment spent there.Overall, our stay at Iniochos Hotel was wonderful, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!
